Today's Date: ======= 2 Chronicles 31:1 ============ 2Ch 31:1 Now when all this was finished, all Israel that were present went out to the cities of Judah, and brake the images in pieces, and cut down the groves, and threw down the high places and the altars out of all Judah and Benjamin, in Ephraim also and Manasseh, until they had utterly destroyed them all. Then all the sons of Israel returned to their cities, each to his possession.(nasb) ======= 2 Chronicles 31:2 ============ 2Ch 31:2 And Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites after their courses, every man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the tents of the LORD.(KJV) 2 Chronicles 31:2 And Hezekiah appoynted the courses of the Priests and Leuites by their turnes, euery man according to his office, both Priestes and Leuites, for the burnt offring and peace offrings, to minister and to giue thankes, & to prayse in the gates of the tentes of the Lord.(Geneva) 2 Chroniques 31:2 Ezéchias rétablit les classes des sacrificateurs et des Lévites d'après leurs divisions, chacun selon ses fonctions, sacrificateurs et Lévites, pour les holocaustes et les sacrifices d'actions de grâces, pour le service, pour les chants et les louanges, aux portes du camp de l'Eternel.(FR) 2 ׃31 וַיַּעֲמֵ֣ד יְחִזְקִיָּ֡הוּ אֶת־מַחְלְק֣וֹת הַכֹּהֲנִ֣ים וְ֠הַלְוִיִּם עַֽל־מַחְלְקוֹתָ֞ם אִ֣ישׁ ׀ כְּפִ֣י עֲבֹדָת֗וֹ לַכֹּהֲנִים֙ וְלַלְוִיִּ֔ם לְעֹלָ֖ה וְלִשְׁלָמִ֑ים לְשָׁרֵת֙ וּלְהֹד֣וֹת וּלְהַלֵּ֔ל בְּשַׁעֲרֵ֖י מַחֲנ֥וֹת יְהוָֽה׃ ס Chronicles2 2Ch 31:2 And Hezekiah appointed the divisions of the priests and the Levites by their divisions, each according to his service, both the priests and the Levites, for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to minister and to give thanks and to praise in the gates of the camp of the Lord. and that which is left is this great store.(KJV) 2 Chronicles 31:10 And Azariah the chiefe Priest of the house of Zadok answered him, and sayde, Since the people beganne to bring the offrings into the house of the Lorde, we haue eaten and haue bene satisfied, and there is left in abundance: for the Lorde hath blessed his people, and this abundance that is left.(Geneva) 2 Chroniques 31:10 Alors le souverain sacrificateur Azaria, de la maison de Tsadok, lui répondit: Depuis qu'on a commencé d'apporter les offrandes dans la maison de l'Eternel, nous avons mangé, nous nous sommes rassasiés, et nous en avons beaucoup laissé, car l'Eternel a béni son peuple; et voici la grande quantité qu'il y a de reste.(FR) 10 ׃31 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלָ֗יו עֲזַרְיָ֧הוּ הַכֹּהֵ֛ן הָרֹ֖אשׁ לְבֵ֣ית צָד֑וֹק וַ֠יֹּאמֶר מֵהָחֵ֨ל הַתְּרוּמָ֜ה לָבִ֣יא בֵית־יְהוָ֗ה אָכ֨וֹל וְשָׂב֤וֹעַ וְהוֹתֵר֙ עַד־לָר֔וֹב כִּ֤י יְהוָה֙ בֵּרַ֣ךְ אֶת־עַמּ֔וֹ וְהַנּוֹתָ֖ר אֶת־הֶהָמ֥וֹן הַזֶּֽה׃ ס Chronicles2 2Ch 31:10 Azariah the chief priest of the house of Zadok said to him, "Since the contributions began to be brought into the house of the Lord, we have had enough to eat with plenty left over, for the Lord has blessed His people, and this great quantity is left over."(nasb) ======= 2 Chronicles 31:11 ============ 2Ch 31:11 Then Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the house of the LORD; and Conaniah the Levite was the officer in charge of them and his brother Shimei was second.(nasb) ======= 2 Chronicles 31:13 ============ 2Ch 31:13 And Jehiel, and Azaziah, and Nahath, and Asahel, and Jerimoth, and Jozabad, and Eliel, and Ismachiah, and Mahath, and Benaiah, were overseers under the hand of Cononiah and Shimei his brother, at the commandment of Hezekiah the king, and Azariah the ruler of the house of God.(KJV) 2 Chronicles 31:13 And Iehiel, and Azariah, and Nahath, and Asahel, and Ierimoth, and Iozabad, and Eliel, and Ismachiah, and Mahath, and Benaiah were ouerseers by the appointment of Conaniah, & Shimei his brother, and by the commandement of Hezekiah the King, and of Azariah the chiefe of the house of God.(Geneva) 2 Chroniques 31:13 Jehiel, Azazia, Nachath, Asaël, Jerimoth, Jozabad, Eliel, Jismakia, Machath et Benaja étaient employés sous la direction de Conania et de son frère Schimeï, d'après l'ordre du roi Ezéchias, et d'Azaria, chef de la maison de Dieu.(FR) 13 ׃31 וִֽיחִיאֵ֡ל וַ֠עֲזַזְיָהוּ וְנַ֨חַת וַעֲשָׂהאֵ֜ל וִֽירִימ֤וֹת וְיוֹזָבָד֙ וֶאֱלִיאֵ֣ל וְיִסְמַכְיָ֔הוּ וּמַ֖חַת וּבְנָיָ֑הוּ פְּקִידִ֗ים מִיַּ֤ד *כונניהו **כָּֽנַנְיָ֙הוּ֙ וְשִׁמְעִ֣י אָחִ֔יו בְּמִפְקַד֙ יְחִזְקִיָּ֣הוּ הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וַעֲזַרְיָ֖הוּ נְגִ֥יד בֵּית־הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃ Chronicles2 2Ch 31:13 Jehiel, Azaziah, Nahath, Asahel, Jerimoth, Jozabad, Eliel, Ismachiah, Mahath and Benaiah were overseers under the authority of Conaniah and Shimei his brother by the appointment of King Hezekiah, and Azariah was the chief officer of the house of God.(nasb) ======= 2 Chronicles 31:14 ============ 2Ch 31:14 And Kore the son of Imnah the Levite, the porter toward the east, was over the freewill offerings of God, to distribute the oblations of the LORD, and the most holy things.(KJV) 2 Chronicles 31:14 And Kore the sonne of Imnah the Leuite porter towarde the East, was ouer the things that were willingly offred vnto God, to distribute the oblations of the Lorde, and the holy things that were consecrate.(Geneva) 2 Chroniques 31:14 Le Lévite Koré, fils de Jimna, portier de l'orient, avait l'intendance des dons volontaires faits à Dieu, pour distribuer ce qui était présenté à l'Eternel par élévation et les choses très saintes.(FR) 14 ׃31 וְקוֹרֵ֨א בֶן־יִמְנָ֤ה הַלֵּוִי֙ הַשּׁוֹעֵ֣ר לַמִּזְרָ֔חָה עַ֖ל נִדְב֣וֹת הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים לָתֵת֙ תְּרוּמַ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה וְקָדְשֵׁ֖י הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃ Chronicles2 2Ch 31:14 Kore the son of Imnah the Levite, the keeper of the eastern gate, was over the freewill offerings of God, to apportion the contributions for the Lord and the most holy things.(nasb) ======= 2 Chronicles 31:15 ============ 2Ch 31:15 And next him were Eden, and Miniamin, and Jeshua, and Shemaiah, Amariah, and Shecaniah, in the cities of the priests, in their set office, to give to their brethren by courses, as well to the great as to the small:(KJV) 2 Chronicles 31:15 And at his hande were Eden, and Miniamin, and Ieshua, and Shemaiah, Amariah, & Shechaniah, in the cities of the Priestes, to distribute with fidelitie to their brethren by courses, both to the great and small,(Geneva) 2 Chroniques 31:15 Dans les villes sacerdotales, Eden, Minjamin, Josué, Schemaeja, Amaria et Schecania étaient placés sous sa direction pour faire fidèlement les distributions à leurs frères, grands et petits, selon leurs divisions:(FR) 15 ׃31 וְעַל־יָד֡וֹ עֵ֣דֶן וּ֠מִנְיָמִן וְיֵשׁ֨וּעַ וּֽשְׁמַֽעְיָ֜הוּ אֲמַרְיָ֧הוּ וּשְׁכַנְיָ֛הוּ בְּעָרֵ֥י הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים בֶּאֱמוּנָ֑ה לָתֵ֤ת לַאֲחֵיהֶם֙ בְּמַחְלְק֔וֹת כַּגָּד֖וֹל כַּקָּטָֽן׃ Chronicles2 2Ch 31:15 Under his authority were Eden, Miniamin, Jeshua, Shemaiah, Amariah and Shecaniah in the cities of the priests, to distribute faithfully their portions to their brothers by divisions, whether great or small,(nasb) ======= 2 Chronicles 31:16 ============ 2Ch 31:16 Beside their genealogy of males, from three years old and upward, even unto every one that entereth into the house of the LORD, his daily portion for their service in their charges according to their courses;(KJV) 2 Chronicles 31:16 Their daily portion: beside their generation being males from three yeere olde and aboue, euen to all that entred into the house of the Lorde to their office in their charge, according to their courses:(Geneva) 2 Chroniques 31:16 aux mâles enregistrés depuis l'âge de trois ans et au-dessus;
