Then the remainder of His brethren Will return to the sons of Israel. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:4 ============ Mic 5:4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.(KJV) Micah 5:4 And he shall stand, and feed in the strength of the Lord, and in the maiestie of the Name of the Lord his God, & they shal dwel still: for now shal he be magnified vnto the ends of the world.(Geneva) Michée 5:4 Il se présentera, et il gouvernera avec la force de l'Eternel, Avec la majesté du nom de l'Eternel, son Dieu: Et ils auront une demeure assurée, Car il sera glorifié jusqu'aux extrémités de la terre.(FR) 3 ׃5 וְעָמַ֗ד וְרָעָה֙ בְּעֹ֣ז יְהוָ֔ה בִּגְא֕וֹן שֵׁ֖ם יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהָ֑יו וְיָשָׁ֕בוּ כִּֽי־עַתָּ֥ה יִגְדַּ֖ל עַד־אַפְסֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ Micah Mic 5:4 And He will arise and shepherd His flock In the strength of the Lord, In the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. And they will remain, Because at that time He will be great To the ends of the earth. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:5 ============ Mic 5:5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.(KJV) Micah 5:5 And hee shall be our peace when Asshur shall come into our lande: when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seuen shepheardes, and eight principall men.(Geneva) Michée 5:5 C'est lui qui ramènera la paix. Lorsque l'Assyrien viendra dans notre pays, Et qu'il pénétrera dans nos palais, Nous ferons lever contre lui sept pasteurs Et huit princes du peuple.(FR) 4 ׃5 וְהָיָ֥ה זֶ֖ה שָׁל֑וֹם אַשּׁ֣וּר ׀ כִּֽי־יָב֣וֹא בְאַרְצֵ֗נוּ וְכִ֤י יִדְרֹךְ֙ בְּאַרְמְנֹתֵ֔ינוּ וַהֲקֵמֹ֤נוּ עָלָיו֙ שִׁבְעָ֣ה רֹעִ֔ים וּשְׁמֹנָ֖ה נְסִיכֵ֥י אָדָֽם׃ Micah Mic 5:5 This One will be our peace. When the Assyrian invades our land, When he tramples on our citadels, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight leaders of men. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:6 ============ Mic 5:6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.(KJV) Micah 5:6 And they shall destroy Asshur with the sword, & the land of Nimrod with their swordes: thus shall he deliuer vs from Asshur, when hee commeth into our lande, and when he shall tread within our borders.(Geneva) Michée 5:6 Ils feront avec l'épée leur pâture du pays d'Assyrie Et du pays de Nimrod au dedans de ses portes. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:7 ============ Mic 5:7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.(KJV) Micah 5:7 And the remnant of Iaakob shalbe among many people, as a dewe from the Lord, and as the showres vpon the grasse, that waiteth not for ma, nor hopeth in the sonnes of Adam.(Geneva) Michée 5:7 Le reste de Jacob sera au milieu des peuples nombreux Comme une rosée qui vient de l'Eternel, Comme des gouttes d'eau sur l'herbe: Elles ne comptent pas sur l'homme, Elles ne dépendent pas des enfants des hommes.(FR) 6 ׃5 וְהָיָ֣ה ׀ שְׁאֵרִ֣ית יַעֲקֹ֗ב בְּקֶ֙רֶב֙ עַמִּ֣ים רַבִּ֔ים כְּטַל֙ מֵאֵ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה כִּרְבִיבִ֖ים עֲלֵי־עֵ֑שֶׂב אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא־יְקַוֶּה֙ לְאִ֔ישׁ וְלֹ֥א יְיַחֵ֖ל לִבְנֵ֥י אָדָֽם׃ Micah Mic 5:7 Then the remnant of Jacob Will be among many peoples Like dew from the Lord, Like showers on vegetation Which do not wait for man Or delay for the sons of men. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:8 ============ Mic 5:8 And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.(KJV) Micah 5:8 And the remnant of Iaakob shalbe among the Gentiles in the middes of many people, as the lyon among the beastes of the forest, and as the lyons whelpe among the flockes of sheepe, who when he goeth thorow, treadeth downe and teareth in pieces, and none can deliuer.(Geneva) Michée 5:8 Le reste de Jacob sera parmi les nations, Au milieu des peuples nombreux, Comme un lion parmi les bêtes de la forêt, Comme un lionceau parmi les troupeaux de brebis: Lorsqu'il passe, il foule et déchire, Et personne ne délivre.(FR) 7 ׃5 וְהָיָה֩ שְׁאֵרִ֨ית יַעֲקֹ֜ב בַּגּוֹיִ֗ם בְּקֶ֙רֶב֙ עַמִּ֣ים רַבִּ֔ים כְּאַרְיֵה֙ בְּבַהֲמ֣וֹת יַ֔עַר כִּכְפִ֖יר בְּעֶדְרֵי[c] צֹ֑אן אֲשֶׁ֧ר אִם[c] עָבַ֛ר וְרָמַ֥ס וְטָרַ֖ף וְאֵ֥ין מַצִּֽיל׃ Micah Mic 5:8 The remnant of Jacob Will be among the nations, Among many peoples Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Which, if he passes through, Tramples down and tears, And there is none to rescue. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:9 ============ Mic 5:9 Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.(KJV) Micah 5:9 Thine hand shall bee lift vp vpon thine aduersaries, and all thine enemies shalbe cut off.(Geneva) Michée 5:9 Que ta main se lève sur tes adversaires, Et que tous tes ennemis soient exterminés!(FR) 8 ׃5 תָּרֹ֥ם יָדְךָ֖ עַל־צָרֶ֑יךָ וְכָל־אֹיְבֶ֖יךָ יִכָּרֵֽתוּ׃ פ Micah Mic 5:9 Your hand will be lifted up against your adversaries, And all your enemies will be cut off. (nasb) ======= Micah 5:12 ============ Mic 5:12 And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:(KJV) Micah 5:12 And I will cut off thine enchanters out of thine hande: and thou shalt haue no more southsayers.(Geneva) Michée 5:12 J'exterminerai de ta main les enchantements, Et tu n'auras plus de magiciens;(FR) 11 ׃5 וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י כְשָׁפִ֖ים מִיָּדֶ֑ךָ וּֽמְעוֹנְנִ֖ים לֹ֥א יִֽהְיוּ־לָֽךְ׃ Micah Mic 5:12 "I will cut off sorceries from your hand, And you will have fortune-tellers no more.
