Today's Date: ======= Exodus 9:1 ============ Exo 9:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Go to Pharaoh and speak to him, 'Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, "Let My people go, that they may serve Me.(nasb) Exo 9:1 Dixit autem Dominus ad Moysen: Ingredere ad Pharaonem, et loquere ad eum: Hæc dicit Dominus Deus Hebræorum: Dimitte populum meum ut sacrificet mihi.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:1 Entonces Jehová dijo a Moisés: Entra ante Faraón, y dile: Jehová, el Dios de los hebreos, dice así: Deja ir a mi pueblo, para que me sirvan.(E) Exode 9:1 L'Eternel dit à Moïse: Va vers Pharaon, et tu lui diras: Ainsi parle l'Eternel, le Dieu des Hébreux: Laisse aller mon peuple, afin qu'il me serve.(F) Exo 9:1 Der HERR sprach zu Mose: Gehe hinein zu Pharao und sprich zu ihm: Also sagt der HERR, der Gott der Hebräer: Laß mein Volk, daß sie mir dienen.(D) Exo 9:1 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν εἴσελθε πρὸς Φαραω καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτῷ τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τῶν Εβραίων ἐξαπόστειλον τὸν λαόν μου ἵνα μοι λατρεύσωσιν(lxx) Exo 9:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Go in to Pharaoh and tell him, 'Thus says the Lord God of the Hebrews: "Let My people go, that they may serve Me.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:2 ============ Exo 9:2 For if you refuse to let them go and continue to hold them,(nasb) Exo 9:2 Quod si adhuc renuis, et retines eos,(vulgate) Éxodo 9:2 Porque si no lo quieres dejar ir, y los detuvieres aún,(E) Exode 9:2 Si tu refuses de le laisser aller, et si tu le retiens encore,(F) Exo 9:2 Wo du dich des weigerst und sie weiter aufhältst,(D) Exo 9:2 εἰ μὲν οὖν μὴ βούλει ἐξαποστεῖλαι τὸν λαόν μου ἀλλ᾽ ἔτι ἐγκρατεῖς αὐτοῦ(lxx) Exo 9:2 For if you refuse to let them go, and still hold them,(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:3 ============ Exo 9:3 behold, the hand of the Lord will come with a very severe pestilence on your livestock which are in the field, on the horses, on the donkeys, on the camels, on the herds, and on the flocks.(nasb) Exo 9:3 ecce manus mea erit super agros tuos, et super equos, et asinos, et camelos, et boves, et oves, pestis valde gravis.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:3 he aquí la mano de Jehová será sobre tus ganados que están en el campo, caballos, asnos, camellos, vacas y ovejas, con pestilencia gravísima:(E) Exode 9:3 voici, la main de l'Eternel sera sur tes troupeaux qui sont dans les champs, sur les chevaux, sur les ânes, sur les chameaux, sur les boeufs et sur les brebis; il y aura une mortalité très grande.(F) Exo 9:3 siehe, so wird die Hand des HERRN sein über dein Vieh auf dem Felde, über Pferde, über Esel, über Kamele, über Ochsen, über Schafe, mit einer sehr schweren Pestilenz.(D) Exo 9:3 ἰδοὺ χεὶρ κυρίου ἐπέσται ἐν τοῖς κτήνεσίν σου τοῖς ἐν τοῖς πεδίοις ἔν τε τοῖς ἵπποις καὶ ἐν τοῖς ὑποζυγίοις καὶ ταῖς καμήλοις καὶ βουσὶν καὶ προβάτοις θάνατος μέγας σφόδρα(lxx) Exo 9:3 behold, the hand of the Lord will be on your cattle in the field, on the horses, on the donkeys, on the camels, on the oxen, and on the sheep--a very severe pestilence.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:4 ============ Exo 9:4 But the Lord will make a distinction between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt, so that nothing will die of all that belongs to the sons of Israel."'"(nasb) Exo 9:4 Et faciet Dominus mirabile inter possessiones Israël et possessiones Ægyptiorum, ut nihil omnino pereat ex eis quæ pertinent ad filios Israël.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:4 Y Jehová hará separación entre los ganados de Israel y los de Egipto, de modo que nada muera de todo lo de los hijos de Israel.(E) Exode 9:4 L'Eternel distinguera entre les troupeaux d'Israël et les troupeaux des Egyptiens, et il ne périra rien de tout ce qui est aux enfants d'Israël.(F) Exo 9:4 Und der HERR wird ein Besonderes tun zwischen dem Vieh der Israeliten und der Ägypter, daß nichts sterbe aus allem, was die Kinder Israel haben.(D) Exo 9:4 καὶ παραδοξάσω ἐγὼ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ἐκείνῳ ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν κτηνῶν τῶν Αἰγυπτίων καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν κτηνῶν τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ οὐ τελευτήσει ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν τοῦ Ισραηλ υἱῶν ῥητόν(lxx) Exo 9:4 And the Lord will make a difference between the livestock of Israel and the livestock of Egypt. So nothing shall die of all that belongs to the children of Israel." ' "(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:5 ============ Exo 9:5 The Lord set a definite time, saying, "Tomorrow the Lord will do this thing in the land."(nasb) Exo 9:5 Constituitque Dominus tempus, dicens: Cras faciet Dominus verbum istud in terra.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:5 Y Jehová señaló tiempo, diciendo: Mañana hará Jehová esta cosa en la tierra.(E) Exode 9:5 L'Eternel fixa le temps, et dit: Demain, l'Eternel fera cela dans le pays.(F) Exo 9:5 Und der HERR bestimmte eine Zeit und sprach: Morgen wird der HERR solches auf Erden tun.(D) Exo 9:5 καὶ ἔδωκεν ὁ θεὸς ὅρον λέγων ἐν τῇ αὔριον ποιήσει κύριος τὸ ῥῆμα τοῦτο ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς(lxx) Exo 9:5 Then the Lord appointed a set time, saying, "Tomorrow the Lord will do this thing in the land."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:6 ============ Exo 9:6 So the Lord did this thing on the next day, and all the livestock of Egypt died; but of the livestock of the sons of Israel, not one died.(nasb) Exo 9:6 Fecit ergo Dominus verbum hoc altera die: mortuaque sunt omnia animantia Ægyptiorum; de animalibus vero filiorum Israël, nihil omnino periit.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:6 Y el día siguiente Jehová hizo aquello, y murió todo el ganado de Egipto; mas del ganado de los hijos de Israel no murió uno.(E) Exode 9:6 Et l'Eternel fit ainsi, dès le lendemain. Tous les troupeaux des Egyptiens périrent, et il ne périt pas une bête des troupeaux des enfants d'Israël.(F) Exo 9:6 Und der HERR tat solches des Morgens, und es starb allerlei Vieh der Ägypter; aber des Viehs der Kinder Israel starb nicht eins.(D) Exo 9:6 καὶ ἐποίησεν κύριος τὸ ῥῆμα τοῦτο τῇ ἐπαύριον καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν πάντα τὰ κτήνη τῶν Αἰγυπτίων ἀπὸ δὲ τῶν κτηνῶν τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ οὐκ ἐτελεύτησεν οὐδέν(lxx) Exo 9:6 So the Lord did this thing on the next day, and all the livestock of Egypt died; but of the livestock of the children of Israel, not one died.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:7 ============ Exo 9:7 Pharaoh sent, and behold, there was not even one of the livestock of Israel dead. But the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.(nasb) Exo 9:7 Et misit Pharao ad videndum: nec erat quidquam mortuum de his quæ possidebat Israël. Ingravatumque est cor Pharaonis, et non dimisit populum.~(vulgate) Éxodo 9:7 Entonces Faraón envió, y he aquí que del ganado de los hijos de Israel no había muerto uno. Mas el corazón de Faraón se endureció, y no dejó ir al pueblo.(E) Exode 9:7 Pharaon s'informa de ce qui était arrivé; et voici, pas une bête des troupeaux d'Israël n'avait péri. Mais le coeur de Pharaon s'endurcit, et il ne laissa point aller le peuple.(F) Exo 9:7 Und Pharao sandte darnach, und siehe, es war des Viehs Israels nicht eins gestorben. Aber das Herz Pharaos ward verstockt, und er ließ das Volk nicht.(D) Exo 9:7 ἰδὼν δὲ Φαραω ὅτι οὐκ ἐτελεύτησεν ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν κτηνῶν τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ οὐδέν ἐβαρύνθη ἡ καρδία Φαραω καὶ οὐκ ἐξαπέστειλεν τὸν λαόν(lxx) Exo 9:7 Then Pharaoh sent, and indeed, not even one of the livestock of the Israelites was dead. But the heart of Pharaoh became hard, and he did not let the people go.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:8 ============ Exo 9:8 Then the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, "Take for yourselves handfuls of soot from a kiln, and let Moses throw it toward the sky in the sight of Pharaoh.(nasb) Exo 9:8 Et dixit Dominus ad Moysen et Aaron: Tollite plenas manus cineris de camino, et spargat illum Moyses in cælum coram Pharaone.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:8 Y Jehová dijo a Moisés y a Aarón: Tomad puñados de ceniza de un horno, y la esparcirá Moisés hacia el cielo delante de Faraón;(E) Exode 9:8 L'Eternel dit à Moïse et à Aaron: Remplissez vos mains de cendre de fournaise, et que Moïse la jette vers le ciel, sous les yeux de Pharaon.(F) Exo 9:8 Da sprach der HERR zu Mose und Aaron: Nehmet eure Fäuste voll Ruß aus dem Ofen, und Mose sprenge ihn gen Himmel vor Pharao,(D) Exo 9:8 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν καὶ Ααρων λέγων λάβετε ὑμεῖς πλήρεις τὰς χεῖρας αἰθάλης καμιναίας καὶ πασάτω Μωυσῆς εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἐναντίον τῶν θεραπόντων αὐτοῦ(lxx) Exo 9:8 So the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, "Take for yourselves handfuls of ashes from a furnace, and let Moses scatter it toward the heavens in the sight of Pharaoh.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:9 ============ Exo 9:9 It will become fine dust over all the land of Egypt, and will become boils breaking out with sores on man and beast through all the land of Egypt."(nasb) Exo 9:9 Sitque pulvis super omnem terram Ægypti: erunt enim in hominibus et jumentis ulcera, et vesicæ turgentes in universa terra Ægypti.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:9 y vendrá a ser polvo sobre toda la tierra de Egipto, el cual originará sarpullido que cause úlceras en los hombres y en las bestias, por todo el país de Egipto.(E) Exode 9:9 Elle deviendra une poussière qui couvrira tout le pays d'Egypte; et elle produira, dans tout le pays d'Egypte, sur les hommes et sur les animaux, des ulcères formés par une éruption de pustules.(F) Exo 9:9 daß es über ganz Ägyptenland stäube und böse schwarze Blattern auffahren an den Menschen und am Vieh in ganz Ägyptenland.(D) Exo 9:9 καὶ γενηθήτω κονιορτὸς ἐπὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἔσται ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀνθρώπους καὶ ἐπὶ τὰ τετράποδα ἕλκη φλυκτίδες ἀναζέουσαι ἔν τε τοῖς ἀνθρώποις καὶ ἐν τοῖς τετράποσιν καὶ ἐν πάσῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτου(lxx) Exo 9:9 And it will become fine dust in all the land of Egypt, and it will cause boils that break out in sores on man and beast throughout all the land of Egypt."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:10 ============ Exo 9:10 So they took soot from a kiln, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses threw it toward the sky, and it became boils breaking out with sores on man and beast.(nasb) Exo 9:10 Tuleruntque cinerem de camino, et steterunt coram Pharaone, et sparsit illum Moyses in cælum: factaque sunt ulcera vesicarum turgentium in hominibus et jumentis:(vulgate) Éxodo 9:10 Y tomaron la ceniza del horno, y se pusieron delante de Faraón, y la esparció Moisés hacia el cielo; y vino un sarpullido que causaba úlceras así en los hombres como en las bestias.(E) Exode 9:10 Ils prirent de la cendre de fournaise, et se présentèrent devant Pharaon; Moïse la jeta vers le ciel, et elle produisit sur les hommes et sur les animaux des ulcères formés par une éruption de pustules.(F) Exo 9:10 Und sie nahmen Ruß aus dem Ofen und traten vor Pharao, und Mose sprengte ihn gen Himmel. Da fuhren auf böse schwarze Blattern an den Menschen und am Vieh,(D) Exo 9:10 καὶ ἔλαβεν τὴν αἰθάλην τῆς καμιναίας ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἔπασεν αὐτὴν Μωυσῆς εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν καὶ ἐγένετο ἕλκη φλυκτίδες ἀναζέουσαι ἐν τοῖς ἀνθρώποις καὶ ἐν τοῖς τετράποσιν(lxx) Exo 9:10 Then they took ashes from the furnace and stood before Pharaoh, and Moses scattered them toward heaven. And they caused boils that break out in sores on man and beast.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:11 ============ Exo 9:11 The magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils, for the boils were on the magicians as well as on all the Egyptians.(nasb) Exo 9:11 nec poterant malefici stare coram Moyse propter ulcera quæ in illis erant, et in omni terra Ægypti.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:11 Y los encantadores no podían estar delante de Moisés a causa del sarpullido, porque hubo sarpullido en los encantadores y en todos los egipcios.(E) Exode 9:11 Les magiciens ne purent paraître devant Moïse, à cause des ulcères; car les ulcères étaient sur les magiciens, comme sur tous les Egyptiens.(F) Exo 9:11 also daß die Zauberer nicht konnten vor Mose stehen vor den bösen Blattern; denn es waren an den Zauberern ebensowohl böse Blattern als an allen Ägyptern.(D) Exo 9:11 καὶ οὐκ ἠδύναντο οἱ φαρμακοὶ στῆναι ἐναντίον Μωυσῆ διὰ τὰ ἕλκη ἐγένετο γὰρ τὰ ἕλκη ἐν τοῖς φαρμακοῖς καὶ ἐν πάσῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτου(lxx) Exo 9:11 And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils, for the boils were on the magicians and on all the Egyptians.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:12 ============ Exo 9:12 And the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had spoken to Moses.(nasb) Exo 9:12 Induravitque Dominus cor Pharaonis, et non audivit eos, sicut locutus est Dominus ad Moysen.~(vulgate) Éxodo 9:12 Y Jehová endureció el corazón de Faraón, y no los oyó; como Jehová lo había dicho a Moisés.(E) Exode 9:12 L'Eternel endurcit le coeur de Pharaon, et Pharaon n'écouta point Moïse et Aaron, selon ce que l'Eternel avait dit à Moïse.(F) Exo 9:12 Aber der HERR verstockte das Herz Pharaos, daß er sie nicht hörte, wie denn der HERR gesagt hatte.(D) Exo 9:12 ἐσκλήρυνεν δὲ κύριος τὴν καρδίαν Φαραω καὶ οὐκ εἰσήκουσεν αὐτῶν καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος(lxx) Exo 9:12 But the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh; and he did not heed them, just as the Lord had spoken to Moses.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:13 ============ Exo 9:13 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Rise up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh and say to him, 'Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, "Let My people go, that they may serve Me.(nasb) Exo 9:13 Dixitque Dominus ad Moysen: Mane consurge, et sta coram Pharaone, et dices ad eum: Hæc dicit Dominus Deus Hebræorum: Dimitte populum meum ut sacrificet mihi.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:13 Entonces Jehová dijo a Moisés: Levántate de mañana, y ponte delante de Faraón, y dile: Jehová, el Dios de los hebreos, dice así: Deja ir a mi pueblo, para que me sirva.(E) Exode 9:13 L'Eternel dit à Moïse: Lève-toi de bon matin, et présente-toi devant Pharaon. Tu lui diras: Ainsi parle l'Eternel, le Dieu des Hébreux: Laisse aller mon peuple, afin qu'il me serve.(F) Exo 9:13 Da sprach der HERR zu Mose: Mache dich morgen früh auf und tritt vor Pharao und sprich zu ihm: So sagt der HERR, der Hebräer Gott: Laß mein Volk, daß mir's diene;(D) Exo 9:13 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν ὄρθρισον τὸ πρωὶ καὶ στῆθι ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτόν τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τῶν Εβραίων ἐξαπόστειλον τὸν λαόν μου ἵνα λατρεύσωσίν μοι(lxx) Exo 9:13 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Rise early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh, and say to him, 'Thus says the Lord God of the Hebrews: "Let My people go, that they may serve Me,(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:14 ============ Exo 9:14 For this time I will send all My plagues on you and your servants and your people, so that you may know that there is no one like Me in all the earth.(nasb) Exo 9:14 Quia in hac vice mittam omnes plagas meas super cor tuum, et super servos tuos, et super populum tuum: ut scias quod non sit similis mei in omni terra.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:14 Porque yo enviaré esta vez todas mis plagas a tu corazón, sobre tus siervos, y sobre tu pueblo, para que entiendas que no hay otro como yo en toda la tierra.(E) Exode 9:14 Car, cette fois, je vais envoyer toutes mes plaies contre ton coeur, contre tes serviteurs et contre ton peuple, afin que tu saches que nul n'est semblable à moi sur toute la terre.(F) Exo 9:14 ich will sonst diesmal alle meine Plagen über dich selbst senden, über deine Knechte und über dein Volk, daß du innewerden sollst, daß meinesgleichen nicht ist in allen Landen.(D) Exo 9:14 ἐν τῷ γὰρ νῦν καιρῷ ἐγὼ ἐξαποστέλλω πάντα τὰ συναντήματά μου εἰς τὴν καρδίαν σου καὶ τῶν θεραπόντων σου καὶ τοῦ λαοῦ σου ἵν᾽ εἰδῇς ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν ὡς ἐγὼ ἄλλος ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ(lxx) Exo 9:14 for at this time I will send all My plagues to your very heart, and on your servants and on your people, that you may know that there is none like Me in all the earth.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:15 ============ Exo 9:15 For if by now I had put forth My hand and struck you and your people with pestilence, you would then have been cut off from the earth.(nasb) Exo 9:15 Nunc enim extendens manum percutiam te, et populum tuum peste, peribisque de terra.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:15 Porque ahora yo extenderé mi mano para herirte a ti y a tu pueblo de pestilencia, y serás quitado de la tierra.(E) Exode 9:15 Si j'avais étendu ma main, et que je t'eusse frappé par la mortalité, toi et ton peuple, tu aurais disparu de la terre.(F) Exo 9:15 Denn ich hätte schon jetzt meine Hand ausgereckt und dich und dein Volk mit Pestilenz geschlagen, daß du von der Erde vertilgt würdest.(D) Exo 9:15 νῦν γὰρ ἀποστείλας τὴν χεῖρα πατάξω σε καὶ τὸν λαόν σου θανάτῳ καὶ ἐκτριβήσῃ ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς(lxx) Exo 9:15 Now if I had stretched out My hand and struck you and your people with pestilence, then you would have been cut off from the earth.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:16 ============ Exo 9:16 But, indeed, for this reason I have allowed you to remain, in order to show you My power and in order to proclaim My name through all the earth.(nasb) Exo 9:16 Idcirco autem posui te, ut ostendam in te fortitudinem meam, et narretur nomen meum in omni terra.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:16 Y a la verdad yo te he puesto para mostrar en ti mi poder, y para que mi nombre sea contado en toda la tierra.(E) Exode 9:16 Mais, je t'ai laissé subsister, afin que tu voies ma puissance, et que l'on publie mon nom par toute la terre.(F) Exo 9:16 Aber darum habe ich dich erhalten, daß meine Kraft an dir erscheine und mein Name verkündigt werde in allen Landen.(D) Exo 9:16 καὶ ἕνεκεν τούτου διετηρήθης ἵνα ἐνδείξωμαι ἐν σοὶ τὴν ἰσχύν μου καὶ ὅπως διαγγελῇ τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ(lxx) Exo 9:16 But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:17 ============ Exo 9:17 Still you exalt yourself against My people by not letting them go.(nasb) Exo 9:17 Adhuc retines populum meum, et non vis dimittere eum?(vulgate) Éxodo 9:17 ¿Todavía te ensalzas tú contra mi pueblo, para no dejarlos ir?(E) Exode 9:17 Si tu t'élèves encore contre mon peuple, et si tu ne le laisses point aller,(F) Exo 9:17 Du trittst mein Volk noch unter dich und willst's nicht lassen.(D) Exo 9:17 ἔτι οὖν σὺ ἐμποιῇ τοῦ λαοῦ μου τοῦ μὴ ἐξαποστεῖλαι αὐτούς(lxx) Exo 9:17 As yet you exalt yourself against My people in that you will not let them go.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:18 ============ Exo 9:18 Behold, about this time tomorrow, I will send a very heavy hail, such as has not been seen in Egypt from the day it was founded until now.(nasb) Exo 9:18 En pluam cras hac ipsa hora grandinem multam nimis, qualis non fuit in Ægypto a die qua fundata est, usque in præsens tempus.(vulgate) Éxodo 9:18 He aquí que mañana a estas horas yo haré llover granizo muy grave, cual nunca fue en Egipto, desde el día que se fundó hasta ahora.(E) Exode 9:18 voici, je ferai pleuvoir demain, à cette heure, une grêle tellement forte, qu'il n'y en a point eu de semblable en Egypte depuis le jour où elle a été fondée jusqu'à présent.(F) Exo 9:18 Siehe, ich will morgen um diese Zeit einen sehr großen Hagel regnen lassen, desgleichen in Ägypten nicht gewesen ist, seitdem es gegründet ist, bis her.(D) Exo 9:18 ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ὕω ταύτην τὴν ὥραν αὔριον χάλαζαν πολλὴν σφόδρα ἥτις τοιαύτη οὐ γέγονεν ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ ἀφ᾽ ἧς ἡμέρας ἔκτισται ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης(lxx) Exo 9:18 Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause very heavy hail to rain down, such as has not been in Egypt since its founding until now.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 9:19 ============ Exo 9:19 Now therefore send, bring your livestock and whatever you have in the field to safety.
