commandments.(nasb) Deu 11:1 Ama itaque Dominum Deum tuum, et observa præcepta ejus et cæremonias, judicia atque mandata, omni tempore.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:1 Amarás, pues, a Jehová tu Dios, y guardarás su ordenanza, y sus estatutos y sus derechos y sus mandamientos, todos los días.(E) Deutéronome 11:1 Tu aimeras l'Eternel, ton Dieu, et tu observeras toujours ses préceptes, ses lois, ses ordonnances et ses commandements.(F) Deu 11:1 So sollst du nun den HERRN, deinen Gott, lieben und sein Gesetz, seine Weise, seine Rechte halten dein Leben lang.(D) Deu 11:1 καὶ ἀγαπήσεις κύριον τὸν θεόν σου καὶ φυλάξῃ τὰ φυλάγματα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰ δικαιώματα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰς κρίσεις αὐτοῦ πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας(lxx) Deu 11:1 "Therefore you shall love the Lord your God, and keep His charge, His statutes, His judgments, and His commandments always.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:2 ============ Deu 11:2 Know this day that I am not speaking with your sons who have not known and who have not seen the discipline of the Lord your God--His greatness, His mighty hand and His outstretched arm,(nasb) Deu 11:2 Cognoscite hodie quæ ignorant filii vestri, qui non viderunt disciplinam Domini Dei vestri, magnalia ejus et robustam manum, extentumque brachium,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:2 Y comprended hoy: porque no hablo con vuestros hijos que no han sabido ni visto el castigo de Jehová vuestro Dios, su grandeza, su mano fuerte, y su brazo extendido,(E) Deutéronome 11:2 Reconnaissez aujourd'hui-ce que n'ont pu connaître et voir vos enfants-les châtiments de l'Eternel, votre Dieu, sa grandeur, sa main forte et son bras étendu,(F) Deu 11:2 Und erkennet heute, was eure Kinder nicht wissen noch gesehen haben, nämlich die Züchtigung des HERRN, eures Gottes, seine Herrlichkeit, dazu seine mächtige Hand und ausgereckten Arm(D) Deu 11:2 καὶ γνώσεσθε σήμερον ὅτι οὐχὶ τὰ παιδία ὑμῶν ὅσοι οὐκ οἴδασιν οὐδὲ εἴδοσαν τὴν παιδείαν κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου καὶ τὰ μεγαλεῖα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν χεῖρα τὴν κραταιὰν καὶ τὸν βραχίονα τὸν ὑψηλὸν(lxx) Deu 11:2 Know today that I do not speak with your children, who have not known and who have not seen the chastening of the Lord your God, His greatness and His mighty hand and His outstretched arm--(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:3 ============ Deu 11:3 and His signs and His works which He did in the midst of Egypt to Pharaoh the king of Egypt and to all his land;(nasb) Deu 11:3 signa et opera quæ fecit in medio Ægypti Pharaoni regi, et universæ terræ ejus,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:3 y sus señales, y sus obras que hizo en medio de Egipto a Faraón, rey de Egipto, y a toda su tierra;(E) Deutéronome 11:3 ses signes et ses actes qu'il a accomplis au milieu de l'Egypte contre Pharaon, roi d'Egypte, et contre tout son pays.(F) Deu 11:3 und seine Zeichen und Werke, die er getan hat unter den Ägyptern, an Pharao, dem König in Ägypten, und am allem seinem Lande;(D) Deu 11:3 καὶ τὰ σημεῖα αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰ τέρατα αὐτοῦ ὅσα ἐποίησεν ἐν μέσῳ Αἰγύπτου Φαραω βασιλεῖ Αἰγύπτου καὶ πάσῃ τῇ γῇ αὐτοῦ(lxx) Deu 11:3 His signs and His acts which He did in the midst of Egypt, to Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to all his land;(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:4 ============ Deu 11:4 and what He did to Egypt's army, to its horses and its chariots, when He made the water of the Red Sea to engulf them while they were pursuing you, and the Lord completely destroyed them;(nasb) Deu 11:4 omnique exercitui Ægyptiorum, et equis ac curribus: quomodo operuerint eos aquæ maris Rubri, cum vos persequerentur, et deleverit eos Dominus usque in præsentem diem:(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:4 y lo que hizo al ejército de Egipto, a sus caballos y a sus carros; cómo hizo que las aguas del Mar Rojo cayeran sobre ellos cuando venían tras vosotros, y Jehová los destruyó hasta hoy;(E) Deutéronome 11:4 Reconnaissez ce qu'il a fait à l'armée d'Egypte, à ses chevaux et à ses chars, comment il a fait couler sur eux les eaux de la mer Rouge, lorsqu'ils vous poursuivaient, et les a détruits pour toujours;(F) Deu 11:4 und was er an der Macht der Ägypter getan hat, an ihren Rossen und Wagen, da er das Wasser des Schilfmeers über sie führte, da sie euch nachjagten und sie der HERR umbrachte bis auf diesen Tag;(D) Deu 11:4 καὶ ὅσα ἐποίησεν τὴν δύναμιν τῶν Αἰγυπτίων τὰ ἅρματα αὐτῶν καὶ τὴν ἵππον αὐτῶν ὡς ἐπέκλυσεν τὸ ὕδωρ τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς ἐρυθρᾶς ἐπὶ προσώπου αὐτῶν καταδιωκόντων αὐτῶν ἐκ τῶν ὀπίσω ὑμῶν καὶ ἀπώλεσεν αὐτοὺς κύριος ἕως τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας(lxx) Deu 11:4 what He did to the army of Egypt, to their horses and their chariots: how He made the waters of the Red Sea overflow them as they pursued you, and how the Lord has destroyed them to this day;(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:5 ============ Deu 11:5 and what He did to you in the wilderness until you came to this place;(nasb) Deu 11:5 vobisque quæ fecerit in solitudine donec veniretis ad hunc locum:(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:5 y lo que ha hecho con vosotros en el desierto, hasta que habéis llegado a este lugar;(E) Deutéronome 11:5 ce qu'il vous a fait dans le désert, jusqu'à votre arrivée en ce lieu;(F) Deu 11:5 und was er euch getan hat in der Wüste, bis ihr an diesen Ort gekommen seid;(D) Deu 11:5 καὶ ὅσα ἐποίησεν ὑμῖν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ ἕως ἤλθετε εἰς τὸν τόπον τοῦτον(lxx) Deu 11:5 what He did for you in the wilderness until you came to this place;(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:6 ============ Deu 11:6 and what He did to Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben, when the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them, their households, their tents, and every living thing that followed them, among all Israel"(nasb) Deu 11:6 et Dathan atque Abiron filiis Eliab, qui fuit filius Ruben: quos aperto ore suo terra absorbuit, cum domibus et tabernaculis, et universa substantia eorum, quam habebant in medio Israël.~(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:6 y lo que hizo con Datán y Abiram, hijos de Eliab hijo de Rubén; cómo abrió la tierra su boca, y se tragó a ellos y a sus casas, y sus tiendas, y toda la hacienda que tenían en pie en medio de todo Israel.(E) Deutéronome 11:6 ce qu'il a fait à Dathan et à Abiram, fils d'Eliab, fils de Ruben, comment la terre ouvrit sa bouche et les engloutit, avec leurs maisons et leurs tentes et tout ce qui était à leur suite, au milieu de tout Israël.(F) Deu 11:6 was er Dathan und Abiram getan hat, den Kindern Eliabs, des Sohnes Rubens, wie die Erde ihren Mund auftat und verschlang sie mit Gesinde und Hütten und allem ihrem Gut, das sie erworben hatten, mitten unter dem ganzen Israel.(D) Deu 11:6 καὶ ὅσα ἐποίησεν τῷ Δαθαν καὶ Αβιρων υἱοῖς Ελιαβ υἱοῦ Ρουβην οὓς ἀνοίξασα ἡ γῆ τὸ στόμα αὐτῆς κατέπιεν αὐτοὺς καὶ τοὺς οἴκους αὐτῶν καὶ τὰς σκηνὰς αὐτῶν καὶ πᾶσαν αὐτῶν τὴν ὑπόστασιν τὴν μετ᾽ αὐτῶν ἐν μέσῳ παντὸς Ισραηλ(lxx) Deu 11:6 and what He did to Dathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben: how the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, their households, their tents, and all the substance that was in their possession, in the midst of all Israel--(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:7 ============ Deu 11:7 but your own eyes have seen all the great work of the Lord which He did.(nasb) Deu 11:7 Oculi vestri viderunt opera Domini magna quæ fecit,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:7 Mas vuestros ojos han visto todos los grandes hechos que Jehová ha ejecutado.(E) Deutéronome 11:7 Car vos yeux ont vu toutes les grandes choses que l'Eternel a faites.(F) Deu 11:7 Denn eure Augen haben die großen Werke des HERRN gesehen, die er getan hat.(D) Deu 11:7 ὅτι οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ ὑμῶν ἑώρακαν πάντα τὰ ἔργα κυρίου τὰ μεγάλα ὅσα ἐποίησεν ὑμῖν σήμερον(lxx) Deu 11:7 but your eyes have seen every great act of the Lord which He did.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:8 ============ Deu 11:8 "You shall therefore keep every commandment which I am commanding you today, so that you may be strong and go in and possess the land into which you are about to cross to possess it;(nasb) Deu 11:8 ut custodiatis universa mandata illius, quæ ego hodie præcipio vobis, et possitis introire, et possidere terram, ad quam ingredimini,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:8 Guardad, pues, todos los mandamientos que yo os prescribo hoy, para que seáis fortalecidos, y entréis y poseáis la tierra, a la cual pasáis para poseerla;(E) Deutéronome 11:8 Ainsi, vous observerez tous les commandements que je vous prescris aujourd'hui, afin que vous ayez la force de vous emparer du pays où vous allez passer pour en prendre possession,(F) Deu 11:8 Darum sollt ihr alle die Gebote halten, die ich dir heute gebiete, auf daß ihr gestärkt werdet, hineinzukommen und das Land einzunehmen, dahin ihr ziehet, daß ihr's einnehmet;(D) Deu 11:8 καὶ φυλάξεσθε πάσας τὰς ἐντολὰς αὐτοῦ ὅσας ἐγὼ ἐντέλλομαί σοι σήμερον ἵνα ζῆτε καὶ πολυπλασιασθῆτε καὶ εἰσελθόντες κληρονομήσητε τὴν γῆν εἰς ἣν ὑμεῖς διαβαίνετε τὸν Ιορδάνην ἐκεῖ κληρονομῆσαι αὐτήν(lxx) Deu 11:8 "Therefore you shall keep every commandment which I command you today, that you may be strong, and go in and possess the land which you cross over to possess,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:9 ============ Deu 11:9 so that you may prolong your days on the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.(nasb) Deu 11:9 multoque in ea vivatis tempore: quam sub juramento pollicitus est Dominus patribus vestris, et semini eorum, lacte et melle manantem.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:9 Y para que os sean prolongados los días sobre la tierra, que juró Jehová a vuestros padres, que había de darla a ellos y a su simiente, tierra que fluye leche y miel.(E) Deutéronome 11:9 et afin que vous prolongiez vos jours dans le pays que l'Eternel a juré à vos pères de leur donner, à eux et à leur postérité, pays où coulent le lait et le miel.(F) Deu 11:9 und daß du lange lebest in dem Lande, das der HERR euren Vätern geschworen hat ihnen zu geben und ihrem Samen, ein Land, darin Milch und Honig fließt.(D) Deu 11:9 ἵνα μακροημερεύσητε ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἧς ὤμοσεν κύριος τοῖς πατράσιν ὑμῶν δοῦναι αὐτοῖς καὶ τῷ σπέρματι αὐτῶν μετ᾽ αὐτούς γῆν ῥέουσαν γάλα καὶ μέλι(lxx) Deu 11:9 and that you may prolong your days in the land which the Lord swore to give your fathers, to them and their descendants, 'a land flowing with milk and honey.'(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:10 ============ Deu 11:10 For the land, into which you are entering to possess it, is not like the land of Egypt from which you came, where you used to sow your seed and water it with your foot like a vegetable garden.(nasb) Deu 11:10 Terra enim, ad quam ingrederis possidendam, non est sicut terra Ægypti, de qua existi, ubi jacto semine in hortorum morem aquæ ducuntur irriguæ:(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:10 Que la tierra a la cual entras para poseerla, no es como la tierra de Egipto de donde habéis salido, donde sembrabas tu simiente, y regabas con tu pie, como huerto de hortaliza.(E) Deutéronome 11:10 Car le pays dont tu vas entrer en possession, n'est pas comme le pays d'Egypte, d'où vous êtes sortis, où tu jetais dans les champs ta semence et les arrosais avec ton pied comme un jardin potager.(F) Deu 11:10 Denn das Land, da du hin kommst, ist nicht wie Ägyptenland, davon ihr ausgezogen seid, da du deinen Samen säen und selbst tränken mußtest wie einen Kohlgarten;(D) Deu 11:10 ἔστιν γὰρ ἡ γῆ εἰς ἣν εἰσπορεύῃ ἐκεῖ κληρονομῆσαι αὐτήν οὐχ ὥσπερ ἡ γῆ Αἰγύπτου ἐστίν ὅθεν ἐκπεπόρευσθε ἐκεῖθεν ὅταν σπείρωσιν τὸν σπόρον καὶ ποτίζωσιν τοῖς ποσὶν ὡσεὶ κῆπον λαχανείας(lxx) Deu 11:10 For the land which you go to possess is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered it by foot, as a vegetable garden;(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:11 ============ Deu 11:11 But the land into which you are about to cross to possess it, a land of hills and valleys, drinks water from the rain of heaven,(nasb) Deu 11:11 sed montuosa est et campestris, de cælo expectans pluvias,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:11 La tierra a la cual pasáis para poseerla, es tierra de montes y de vegas; que bebe el agua de la lluvia del cielo;(E) Deutéronome 11:11 Le pays que vous allez posséder est un pays de montagnes et de vallées, et qui boit les eaux de la pluie du ciel;(F) Deu 11:11 sondern es hat Berge und Auen, die der Regen vom Himmel tränkt,(D) Deu 11:11 ἡ δὲ γῆ εἰς ἣν εἰσπορεύῃ ἐκεῖ κληρονομῆσαι αὐτήν γῆ ὀρεινὴ καὶ πεδινή ἐκ τοῦ ὑετοῦ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ πίεται ὕδωρ(lxx) Deu 11:11 but the land which you cross over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of heaven,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:12 ============ Deu 11:12 a land for which the Lord your God cares; the eyes of the Lord your God are always on it, from the beginning even to the end of the year.(nasb) Deu 11:12 quam Dominus Deus tuus semper invisit, et oculi illius in ea sunt a principio anni usque ad finem ejus.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:12 Tierra de la cual Jehová tu Dios cuida; siempre están sobre ella los ojos de Jehová tu Dios, desde σου ἐπισκοπεῖται αὐτήν διὰ παντὸς οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ σου ἐπ᾽ αὐτῆς ἀπ᾽ ἀρχῆς τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ καὶ ἕως συντελείας τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ(lxx) Deu 11:12 a land for which the Lord your God cares; the eyes of the Lord your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:13 ============ Deu 11:13 "It shall come about, if you listen obediently to my commandments which I am commanding you today, to love the Lord your God and to serve Him with all your heart and all your soul,(nasb) Deu 11:13 Si ergo obedieritis mandatis meis, quæ ego hodie præcipio vobis, ut diligatis Dominum Deum vestrum, et serviatis ei in toto corde vestro, et in tota anima vestra:(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:13 Y será que, si obedeciereis cuidadosamente mis mandamientos que yo os prescribo hoy, amando a Jehová vuestro Dios, y sirviéndole con todo vuestro corazón, y con toda vuestra alma,(E) Deutéronome 11:13 Si vous obéissez à mes commandements que je vous prescris aujourd'hui, si vous aimez l'Eternel, votre Dieu, et si vous le servez de tout votre coeur et de toute votre âme,(F) Deu 11:13 Werdet ihr nun meine Gebote hören, die ich euch gebiete, daß ihr den HERRN, euren Gott, liebet und ihm dienet von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele,(D) Deu 11:13 ἐὰν δὲ ἀκοῇ εἰσακούσητε πάσας τὰς ἐντολὰς αὐτοῦ ὅσας ἐγὼ ἐντέλλομαί σοι σήμερον ἀγαπᾶν κύριον τὸν θεόν σου καὶ λατρεύειν αὐτῷ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς καρδίας σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ψυχῆς σου(lxx) Deu 11:13 'And it shall be that if you earnestly obey My commandments which I command you today, to love the Lord your God and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:14 ============ Deu 11:14 that He will give the rain for your land in its season, the early and late rain, that you may gather in your grain and your new wine and your oil.(nasb) Deu 11:14 dabit pluviam terræ vestræ temporaneam et serotinam, ut colligatis frumentum, et vinum, et oleum,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:14 yo daré la lluvia de vuestra tierra a su tiempo, la lluvia temprana y la lluvia tardía; y recogerás tu grano, tu vino y tu aceite.(E) Deutéronome 11:14 je donnerai à votre pays la pluie en son temps, la pluie de la première et de l'arrière-saison, et tu recueilleras ton blé, ton moût et ton huile;(F) Deu 11:14 so will ich eurem Land Regen geben zu seiner Zeit, Frühregen und Spätregen, daß du einsammelst dein Getreide, deinen Most und dein Öl,(D) Deu 11:14 καὶ δώσει τὸν ὑετὸν τῇ γῇ σου καθ᾽ ὥραν πρόιμον καὶ ὄψιμον καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὸν σῖτόν σου καὶ τὸν οἶνόν σου καὶ τὸ ἔλαιόν σου(lxx) Deu 11:14 then I will give you the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:15 ============ Deu 11:15 He will give grass in your fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied.(nasb) Deu 11:15 fœnumque ex agris ad pascenda jumenta, et ut ipsi comedatis ac saturemini.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:15 Daré también hierba en tu campo para tus bestias; y comerás, y te saciarás.(E) Deutéronome 11:15 je mettrai aussi dans tes champs de l'herbe pour ton bétail, et tu mangeras et te rassasieras.(F) Deu 11:15 und will deinem Vieh Gras geben auf deinem Felde, daß ihr esset und satt werdet.(D) Deu 11:15 καὶ δώσει χορτάσματα ἐν τοῖς ἀγροῖς σου τοῖς κτήνεσίν σου καὶ φαγὼν καὶ ἐμπλησθεὶς(lxx) Deu 11:15 And I will send grass in your fields for your livestock, that you may eat and be filled.'(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:16 ============ Deu 11:16 Beware that your hearts are not deceived, and that you do not turn away and serve other gods and worship them.(nasb) Deu 11:16 Cavete ne forte decipiatur cor vestrum, et recedatis a Domino, serviatisque diis alienis, et adoretis eos:(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:16 Guardaos, pues, que vuestro corazón no se infatúe, y os apartéis, y sirváis a dioses ajenos, y os inclinéis a ellos;(E) Deutéronome 11:16 Gardez-vous de laisser séduire votre coeur, de vous détourner, de servir d'autres dieux et de vous prosterner devant eux.(F) Deu 11:16 Hütet euch aber, daß sich euer Herz nicht überreden lasse, daß ihr abweichet und dienet andern Göttern und betet sie an,(D) Deu 11:16 πρόσεχε σεαυτῷ μὴ πλατυνθῇ ἡ καρδία σου καὶ παραβῆτε καὶ λατρεύσητε θεοῖς ἑτέροις καὶ προσκυνήσητε αὐτοῖς(lxx) Deu 11:16 Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:17 ============ Deu 11:17 Or the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you, and He will shut up the heavens so that there will be no rain and the ground will not yield its fruit; and you will perish quickly from the good land which the Lord is giving you.(nasb) Deu 11:17 iratusque Dominus claudat cælum, et pluviæ non descendant, nec terra det germen suum, pereatisque velociter de terra optima, quam Dominus daturus est vobis.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 11:17 y así se encienda el furor de Jehová sobre vosotros, y cierre los cielos, y no haya lluvia, ni la tierra dé su fruto, y perezcáis pronto de la buena tierra que os da Jehová.(E) Deutéronome 11:17 La colère de l'Eternel s'enflammerait alors contre vous; il fermerait les cieux, et il n'y aurait point de pluie; la terre ne donnerait plus ses produits, et vous péririez promptement dans le bon pays que l'Eternel vous donne.(F) Deu 11:17 und daß dann der Zorn des HERRN ergrimme über euch und schließe den Himmel zu, daß kein Regen komme und die Erde ihr Gewächs nicht gebe und ihr bald umkommt von dem guten Lande, das euch der HERR gegeben hat.(D) Deu 11:17 καὶ θυμωθεὶς ὀργῇ κύριος ἐφ᾽ ὑμῖν καὶ συσχῇ τὸν οὐρανόν καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ὑετός καὶ ἡ γῆ οὐ δώσει τὸν καρπὸν αὐτῆς καὶ ἀπολεῖσθε ἐν τάχει ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς τῆς ἀγαθῆς ἧς ἔδωκεν ὁ κύριος ὑμῖν(lxx) Deu 11:17 lest the Lord's anger be aroused against you, and He shut up the heavens so that there be no rain, and the land yield no produce, and you perish quickly from the good land which the Lord is giving you.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 11:18 ============ Deu 11:18 "You shall therefore impress these words of mine on your heart and on your soul; and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontals on your forehead.(nasb) Deu 11:18 Ponite hæc verba mea in cordibus et in animis vestris,
