Today's Date: ======= Daniel 7:1 ============ Dan 7:1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel saw a dream and visions in his mind as he lay on his bed; then he wrote the dream down and related the following summary of it.(nasb) Dan 7:1 Anno primo Baltassar regis Babylonis, Daniel somnium vidit: visio autem capitis ejus in cubili suo: et somnium scribens, brevi sermone comprehendit: summatimque perstringens, ait:(vulgate) Daniel 7:1 En el primer año de Belsasar rey de Babilonia, tuvo Daniel un sueño y visiones de su cabeza [estando] en su cama; luego escribió el sueño, y relató la suma de los asuntos.(E) Daniel 7:1 La première année de Belschatsar, roi de Babylone, Daniel eut un songe et des visions de son esprit, pendant qu'il était sur sa couche. Ensuite il écrivit le songe, et raconta les principales choses.(F) Dan 7:1 Im ersten Jahr Belsazers, des Königs zu Babel, hatte Dan el einen Traum und Gesichte auf seinem Bett; und er schrieb den Traum auf und verfaßte ihn also:(D) Dan 7:1 ἔτους πρώτου βασιλεύοντος Βαλτασαρ χώρας Βαβυλωνίας Δανιηλ ὅραμα εἶδε παρὰ κεφαλὴν ἐπὶ τῆς κοίτης αὐτοῦ τότε Δανιηλ τὸ ὅραμα ὃ εἶδεν ἔγραψεν εἰς κεφάλαια λόγων(lxx) Dan 7:1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream and visions of his head while on his bed. Then he wrote down the dream, telling the main facts.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:2 ============ Dan 7:2 Daniel said, "I was looking in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea.(nasb) Dan 7:2 Videbam in visione mea nocte: et ecce quatuor venti caeli pugnabant in mari magno.(vulgate) Daniel 7:2 Habló Daniel y dijo: Veía yo en mi visión de noche, y he aquí que los cuatro vientos del cielo combatían en el gran mar.(E) Daniel 7:2 Daniel commença et dit: Je regardais pendant ma vision nocturne, et voici, les quatre vents des cieux firent irruption sur la grande mer.(F) Dan 7:2 Ich, Dan el, sah ein Gesicht in der Nacht, und siehe, die vier Winde unter dem Himmel stürmten widereinander auf dem großen Meer.(D) Dan 7:2 ἐπὶ τῆς κοίτης μου ἐθεώρουν καθ᾽ ὕπνους νυκτὸς καὶ ἰδοὺ τέσσαρες ἄνεμοι τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἐνέπεσον εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν τὴν μεγάλην(lxx) Dan 7:2 Daniel spoke, saying, "I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the Great Sea.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:3 ============ Dan 7:3 And four great beasts were coming up from the sea, different from one another.(nasb) Dan 7:3 Et quatuor bestiae grandes ascendebant de mari diversae inter se.(vulgate) Daniel 7:3 Y cuatro bestias grandes, diferentes la una de la otra, subían del mar.(E) Daniel 7:3 Et quatre grands animaux sortirent de la mer, différents l'un de l'autre.(F) Dan 7:3 Und vier große Tiere stiegen heraus aus dem Meer, ein jedes anders denn das andere.(D) Dan 7:3 καὶ τέσσαρα θηρία ἀνέβαινον ἐκ τῆς θαλάσσης διαφέροντα ἓν παρὰ τὸ ἕν(lxx) Dan 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, each different from the other.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:4 ============ Dan 7:4 The first was like a lion and had the wings of an eagle. I kept looking until its wings were plucked, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man; a human mind also was given to it.(nasb) Dan 7:4 Prima quasi leaena, et alas habebat aquilae: aspiciebam donec evulsae sunt alae ejus, et sublata est de terra, et super pedes quasi homo stetit; et cor hominis datum est ei.(vulgate) Daniel 7:4 La primera [era] como un león, y tenía alas de águila. Yo estaba mirando hasta que sus alas fueron arrancadas y fue levantada de la tierra; y se paró sobre los pies como un hombre, y le fue dado corazón de hombre.(E) Daniel 7:4 Le premier était semblable à un lion, et avait des ailes d'aigles; je regardai, jusqu'au moment où ses ailes furent arrachées; il fut enlevé de terre et mis debout sur ses pieds comme un homme, et un coeur d'homme lui fut donné.(F) Dan 7:4 Das erste wie ein Löwe und hatte Flügel wie ein Adler. Ich sah zu, bis daß ihm die Flügel ausgerauft wurden; und es ward von der Erde aufgehoben, und es stand auf zwei Füßen wie ein Mensch, und ihm ward ein menschlich Herz gegeben.(D) Dan 7:4 τὸ πρῶτον ὡσεὶ λέαινα ἔχουσα πτερὰ ὡσεὶ ἀετοῦ ἐθεώρουν ἕως ὅτου ἐτίλη τὰ πτερὰ αὐτῆς καὶ ἤρθη ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐπὶ ποδῶν ἀνθρωπίνων ἐστάθη καὶ ἀνθρωπίνη καρδία ἐδόθη αὐτῇ(lxx) Dan 7:4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man's heart was given to it.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:5 ============ Dan 7:5 And behold, another beast, a second one, resembling a bear. And it was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth; and thus they said to it, 'Arise, devour much meat!'(nasb) Dan 7:5 Et ecce bestia alia similis urso in parte stetit: et tres ordines erant in ore ejus, et in dentibus ejus, et sic dicebant ei: Surge, comede carnes plurimas.(vulgate) Daniel 7:5 Y he aquí otra segunda bestia, semejante a un oso, la cual se puso a un lado, y tenía en su boca tres costillas entre los dientes; y le fue dicho así: Levántate, traga mucha carne.(E) Daniel 7:5 Et voici, un second animal était semblable à un ours, et se tenait sur un côté; il avait trois côtes dans la gueule entre les dents, et on lui disait: Lève-toi, mange beaucoup de chair.(F) Dan 7:5 Und siehe, das andere Tier hernach war gleich einem Bären und stand auf der einen Seite und hatte in seinem Maul unter seinen Zähnen drei große, lange Zähne. Und man sprach zu ihm: Stehe auf und friß viel Fleisch!(D) Dan 7:5 καὶ ἰδοὺ μετ᾽ αὐτὴν ἄλλο θηρίον ὁμοίωσιν ἔχον ἄρκου καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἑνὸς πλευροῦ ἐστάθη καὶ τρία πλευρὰ ἦν ἐν τῷ στόματι αὐτῆς καὶ οὕτως εἶπεν ἀνάστα κατάφαγε σάρκας πολλάς(lxx) Dan 7:5 And suddenly another beast, a second, like a bear. It was raised up on one side, and had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And they said thus to it: 'Arise, devour much flesh!'(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:6 ============ Dan 7:6 After this I kept looking, and behold, another one, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird; the beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it.(nasb) Dan 7:6 Post haec aspiciebam, et ecce alia quasi pardus, et alas habebat quasi avis, quatuor super se: et quatuor capita erant in bestia, et potestas data est ei.(vulgate) Daniel 7:6 Después de esto yo miraba, y he aquí otra, semejante a un leopardo, y tenía cuatro alas de ave en sus espaldas: tenía también esta bestia cuatro cabezas; y le fue dado dominio.(E) Daniel 7:6 Après cela je regardai, et voici, un autre était semblable à un léopard, et avait sur le dos quatre ailes comme un oiseau; cet animal avait quatre têtes, et la domination lui fut donnée.(F) Dan 7:6 Nach diesem sah ich, und siehe, ein anderes Tier, gleich einem Parder, das hatte vier Flügel wie ein Vogel auf seinem Rücken, und das Tier hatte vier Köpfe; und ihm ward Gewalt gegeben.(D) Dan 7:6 καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα ἐθεώρουν θηρίον ἄλλο ὡσεὶ πάρδαλιν καὶ πτερὰ τέσσαρα ἐπέτεινον ἐπάνω αὐτοῦ καὶ τέσσαρες κεφαλαὶ τῷ θηρίῳ καὶ γλῶσσα ἐδόθη αὐτῷ(lxx) Dan 7:6 After this I looked, and there was another, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird. The beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:7 ============ Dan 7:7 After this I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrifying and extremely strong; and it had large iron teeth. It devoured and crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet; and it was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.(nasb) Dan 7:7 Post haec aspiciebam in visione noctis, et ecce bestia quarta terribilis atque mirabilis, et fortis nimis: dentes ferreos habebat magnos, comedens atque comminuens, et reliqua pedibus suis conculcans: dissimilis autem erat ceteris bestiis quas videram ante eam, et habebat cornua decem.(vulgate) Daniel 7:7 Después de esto miraba yo en las visiones de la noche, y he aquí la cuarta bestia, espantosa y terrible y en grande manera fuerte; la cual tenía unos dientes grandes de hierro: devoraba y desmenuzaba, y las sobras hollaba con sus pies: y era muy diferente de todas las bestias que habían sido antes de ella, y tenía diez cuernos.(E) Daniel 7:7 Après cela, je regardai pendant mes visions nocturnes, et voici, il y avait un quatrième animal, terrible, épouvantable et extraordinairement fort; il avait de grandes dents de fer, il mangeait, brisait, et il foulait aux pieds ce qui restait; il était différent de tous les animaux précédents, et il avait dix cornes.(F) Dan 7:7 Nach diesem sah ich in diesem Gesicht in der Nacht, und siehe, das vierte Tier war greulich und schrecklich und sehr stark und hatte große eiserne Zähne, fraß um sich und zermalmte, und das übrige zertrat's mit seinen Füßen; es war auch viel anders denn die vorigen und hatte zehn Hörner.(D) Dan 7:7 μετὰ δὲ ταῦτα ἐθεώρουν ἐν ὁράματι τῆς νυκτὸς θηρίον τέταρτον φοβερόν καὶ ὁ φόβος αὐτοῦ ὑπερφέρων ἰσχύι ἔχον ὀδόντας σιδηροῦς μεγάλους ἐσθίον καὶ κοπανίζον κύκλῳ τοῖς ποσὶ καταπατοῦν διαφόρως χρώμενον παρὰ πάντα τὰ πρὸ αὐτού θηρία εἶχε δὲ κέρατα δέκα(lxx) Dan 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth; it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:8 ============ Dan 7:8 While I was contemplating the horns, behold, another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the first horns were pulled out by the roots before it; and behold, this horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts.(nasb) Dan 7:8 Considerabam cornua, et ecce cornu aliud parvulum ortum est de medio eorum: et tria de cornibus primis evulsa sunt a facie ejus: et ecce oculi, quasi oculi hominis erant in cornu isto, et os loquens ingentia.(vulgate) Daniel 7:8 Y mientras yo contemplaba los cuernos, he aquí que otro cuerno pequeño subía entre ellos, y delante de él fueron arrancados tres cuernos de los primeros; y he aquí, en este cuerno [había] ojos como ojos de hombre, y una boca que hablaba grandezas.(E) Daniel 7:8 Je considérai les cornes, et voici, une autre petite corne sortit du milieu d'elles, et trois des premières cornes furent arrachées devant cette corne; et voici, elle avait des yeux comme des yeux d'homme, et une bouche, qui parlait avec arrogance.(F) Dan 7:8 Da ich aber die Hörner schaute, siehe, da brach hervor zwischen ihnen ein anderes kleines Horn, vor welchen der vorigen Hörner drei ausgerissen wurden; und siehe, dasselbe Horn hatte Augen wie Menschenaugen und ein Maul, das redete große Dinge.(D) Dan 7:8 καὶ βουλαὶ πολλαὶ ἐν τοῖς κέρασιν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἰδοὺ ἄλλο ἓν κέρας ἀνεφύη ἀνὰ μέσον αὐτῶν μικρὸν ἐν τοῖς κέρασιν αὐτοῦ καὶ τρία τῶν κεράτων τῶν πρώτων ἐξηράνθησαν δι᾽ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἰδοὺ ὀφθαλμοὶ ὥσπερ ὀφθαλμοὶ ἀνθρώπινοι ἐν τῷ κέρατι τούτῳ καὶ στόμα λαλοῦν μεγάλα καὶ ἐποίει πόλεμον πρὸς τοὺς ἁγίους(lxx) Dan 7:8 I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:9 ============ Dan 7:9 "I kept looking Until thrones were set up, And the Ancient of Days took His seat; His vesture was like white snow And the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was ablaze with flames, Its wheels were a burning fire.(nasb) Dan 7:9 Aspiciebam donec throni positi sunt, et antiquus dierum sedit. Vestimentum ejus candidum quasi nix, et capilli capitis ejus quasi lana munda: thronus ejus flammae ignis: rotae ejus ignis accensus.(vulgate) Daniel 7:9 Estuve mirando hasta que fueron puestos unos tronos. Y el Anciano de días se sentó, cuya vestidura era blanca como la nieve, y el cabello de su cabeza como lana pura; su trono [era como] llama de fuego, [y] sus ruedas, [como] fuego ardiente.(E) Daniel 7:9 Je regardai, pendant que l'on plaçait des trônes. Et l'ancien des jours s'assit. Son vêtement était blanc comme la neige, et les cheveux de sa tête étaient comme de la laine pure; son trône était comme des flammes de feu, et les roues comme un feu ardent.(F) Dan 7:9 Solches sah ich, bis daß Stühle gesetzt wurden; und der Alte setzte sich. Des Kleid war schneeweiß, und das Haar auf seinem Haupt wie reine Wolle; sein Stuhl war eitel Feuerflammen, und dessen Räder brannten mit Feuer.(D) Dan 7:9 ἐθεώρουν ἕως ὅτε θρόνοι ἐτέθησαν καὶ παλαιὸς ἡμερῶν ἐκάθητο ἔχων περιβολὴν ὡσεὶ χιόνα καὶ τὸ τρίχωμα τῆς κεφαλῆς αὐτοῦ ὡσεὶ ἔριον λευκὸν καθαρόν ὁ θρόνος ὡσεὶ φλὸξ πυρός(lxx) Dan 7:9 "I watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire;(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:10 ============ Dan 7:10 "A river of fire was flowing And coming out from before Him; Thousands upon thousands were attending Him, And myriads upon myriads were standing before Him; The court sat, And the books were opened.(nasb) Dan 7:10 Fluvius igneus rapidusque egrediebatur a facie ejus. Millia millium ministrabant ei, et decies millies centena millia assistebant ei: judicium sedit, et libri aperti sunt.(vulgate) Daniel 7:10 Un río de fuego procedía y salía de delante de Él: millares de millares le servían, y millones de millones asistían delante de Él: El Juez se sentó, y los libros fueron abiertos.(E) Daniel 7:10 Un fleuve de feu coulait et sortait de devant lui. Das Gericht ward gehalten, und die Bücher wurden aufgetan.(D) Dan 7:10 καὶ ἐξεπορεύετο κατὰ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ ποταμὸς πυρός χίλιαι χιλιάδες ἐθεράπευον αὐτὸν καὶ μύριαι μυριάδες παρειστήκεισαν αὐτῷ καὶ κριτήριον ἐκάθισε καὶ βίβλοι ἠνεῴχθησαν(lxx) Dan 7:10 A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The court was seated, And the books were opened.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:11 ============ Dan 7:11 Then I kept looking because of the sound of the boastful words which the horn was speaking; I kept looking until the beast was slain, and its body was destroyed and given to the burning fire.(nasb) Dan 7:11 Aspiciebam propter vocem sermonum grandium, quos cornu illud loquebatur: et vidi quoniam interfecta esset bestia, et perisset corpus ejus, et traditum esset ad comburendum igni:(vulgate) Daniel 7:11 Yo entonces miraba a causa de la voz de las grandes palabras que hablaba el cuerno; miré hasta que mataron a la bestia, y su cuerpo fue destrozado y entregado para ser quemado en el fuego.(E) Daniel 7:11 Je regardai alors, à cause des paroles arrogantes que prononçait la corne; et tandis que je regardais, l'animal fut tué, et son corps fut anéanti, livré au feu pour être brûlé.(F) Dan 7:11 Ich sah zu um der großen Reden willen, so das Horn redete; ich sah zu bis das Tier getötet ward und sein Leib umkam und ins Feuer geworfen ward(D) Dan 7:11 ἐθεώρουν τότε τὴν φωνὴν τῶν λόγων τῶν μεγάλων ὧν τὸ κέρας ἐλάλει καὶ ἀπετυμπανίσθη τὸ θηρίον καὶ ἀπώλετο τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐδόθη εἰς καῦσιν πυρός(lxx) Dan 7:11 "I watched then because of the sound of the pompous words which the horn was speaking; I watched till the beast was slain, and its body destroyed and given to the burning flame.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:12 ============ Dan 7:12 As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away, but an extension of life was granted to them for an appointed period of time.(nasb) Dan 7:12 aliarum quoque bestiarum ablata esset potestas, et tempora vitae constituta essent eis usque ad tempus et tempus.(vulgate) Daniel 7:12 Habían también quitado a las otras bestias su dominio, y les había sido dada prolongación de vida hasta cierto tiempo.(E) Daniel 7:12 Les autres animaux furent dépouillés de leur puissance, mais une prolongation de vie leur fut accordée jusqu'à un certain temps.(F) Dan 7:12 und der anderen Tiere Gewalt auch aus war; denn es war ihnen Zeit und Stunde bestimmt, wie lange ein jegliches währen sollte.(D) Dan 7:12 καὶ τοὺς κύκλῳ αὐτοῦ ἀπέστησε τῆς ἐξουσίας αὐτῶν καὶ χρόνος ζωῆς ἐδόθη αὐτοῖς ἕως χρόνου καὶ καιροῦ(lxx) Dan 7:12 As for the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away, yet their lives were prolonged for a season and a time.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:13 ============ Dan 7:13 "I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him.(nasb) Dan 7:13 Aspiciebam ergo in visione noctis, et ecce cum nubibus caeli quasi filius hominis veniebat, et usque ad antiquum dierum pervenit: et in conspectu ejus obtulerunt eum.(vulgate) Daniel 7:13 Miraba yo en la visión de la noche, y he aquí en las nubes del cielo [uno] como el Hijo del Hombre que venía, y llegó hasta el Anciano de días, y le hicieron llegar delante de Él.(E) Daniel 7:13 Je regardai pendant mes visions nocturnes, et voici, sur les nuées des cieux arriva quelqu'un de semblable à un fils de l'homme; il s'avança vers l'ancien des jours, et on le fit approcher de lui.(F) Dan 7:13 Ich sah in diesem Gesicht des Nachts, und siehe, es kam einer in des Himmels Wolken wie eines Menschen Sohn bis zu dem Alten und ward vor ihn gebracht.(D) Dan 7:13 ἐθεώρουν ἐν ὁράματι τῆς νυκτὸς καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐπὶ τῶν νεφελῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὡς υἱὸς ἀνθρώπου ἤρχετο καὶ ὡς παλαιὸς ἡμερῶν παρῆν καὶ οἱ παρεστηκότες παρῆσαν αὐτῷ(lxx) Dan 7:13 "I was watching in the night visions, And behold, One like the Son of Man, Coming with the clouds of heaven! He came to the Ancient of Days, And they brought Him near before Him.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:14 ============ Dan 7:14 "And to Him was given dominion, Glory and a kingdom, That all the peoples, nations and men of every language Might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will not pass away; And His kingdom is one Which will not be destroyed.(nasb) Dan 7:14 Et dedit ei potestatem, et honorem, et regnum: et omnes populi, tribus, et linguae ipsi servient: potestas ejus, potestas aeterna, quae non auferetur: et regnum ejus, quod non corrumpetur.(vulgate) Daniel 7:14 Y le fue dado dominio, gloria y reino, para que todos los pueblos, naciones y lenguas le sirvieran; su dominio es dominio eterno, que no pasará, y su reino [uno] que no será destruido.(E) Daniel 7:14 On lui donna la domination, la gloire et le règne; et tous les peuples, les nations, et les hommes de toutes langues le servirent. Sa domination est une domination éternelle qui ne passera point, et son règne ne sera jamais détruit.(F) Dan 7:14 Der gab ihm Gewalt, Ehre und Reich, daß ihm alle Völker, Leute und Zungen dienen sollten. Seine Gewalt ist ewig, die nicht vergeht, und sein Königreich hat kein Ende.(D) Dan 7:14 καὶ ἐδόθη αὐτῷ ἐξουσία καὶ πάντα τὰ ἔθνη τῆς γῆς κατὰ γένη καὶ πᾶσα δόξα αὐτῷ λατρεύουσα καὶ ἡ ἐξουσία αὐτοῦ ἐξουσία αἰώνιος ἥτις οὐ μὴ ἀρθῇ καὶ ἡ βασιλεία αὐτοῦ ἥτις οὐ μὴ φθαρῇ(lxx) Dan 7:14 Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. So he told me and made known to me the interpretation of these things:(nasb) Dan 7:16 Accessi ad unum de assistentibus, et veritatem quaerebam ab eo de omnibus his. Qui dixit mihi interpretationem sermonum, et docuit me:(vulgate) Daniel 7:16 Me acerqué a uno de los que asistían, y le pregunté la verdad acerca de todo esto. Y me habló, y me dio a conocer la interpretación de las cosas.(E) Daniel 7:16 Je m'approchai de l'un de ceux qui étaient là, et je lui demandai ce qu'il y avait de vrai dans toutes ces choses. Il me le dit, et m'en donna l'explication:(F) Dan 7:16 Und ich ging zu der einem, die dastanden, und bat ihn, daß er mir von dem allem gewissen Bericht gäbe. Und er redete mit mir und zeigte mir, was es bedeutete.(D) Dan 7:16 προσῆλθον πρὸς ἕνα τῶν ἑστώτων καὶ τὴν ἀκρίβειαν ἐζήτουν παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ ὑπὲρ πάντων τούτων ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ λέγει μοι καὶ τὴν κρίσιν τῶν λόγων ἐδήλωσέ μοι(lxx) Dan 7:16 I came near to one of those who stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. and the same horn was making war against the saints, and prevailing against them,(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:22 ============ Dan 7:22 until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.(nasb) Dan 7:22 donec venit antiquus dierum, et judicium dedit sanctis Excelsi, et tempus advenit, et regnum obtinuerunt sancti.(vulgate) Daniel 7:22 hasta tanto que vino el Anciano de días, y se dio el juicio a los santos del Altísimo; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings.(nasb) Dan 7:24 Porro cornua decem ipsius regni, decem reges erunt: et alius consurget post eos, et ipse potentior erit prioribus, et tres reges humiliabit.(vulgate) Daniel 7:24 Y los diez cuernos significan que de aquel reino se levantarán diez reyes; y tras ellos se levantará otro, el cual será diferente de los primeros, y a tres reyes subyugará.(E) Daniel 7:24 Les dix cornes, ce sont dix rois qui s'élèveront de ce royaume. And another shall rise after them; He shall be different from the first ones, And shall subdue three kings.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 7:25 ============ Dan 7:25 He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.(nasb) Dan 7:25 Et sermones contra Excelsum loquetur, et sanctos Altissimi conteret: et putabit quod possit mutare tempora, et leges: et tradentur in manu ejus usque ad tempus, et tempora, et dimidium temporis.(vulgate) Daniel 7:25 Y hablará palabras contra el Altísimo, y a los santos del Altísimo afligirá, y pensará en mudar los tiempos y la ley: y entregados serán en su mano hasta un tiempo, y tiempos, y el medio de un tiempo.(E) Daniel 7:25 Il prononcera des paroles contre le Très-Haut, il opprimera les saints du Très Haut, et il espérera changer les temps et la loi; et les saints seront livrés entre ses mains pendant un temps, des temps, et la moitié d'un temps.(F) Dan 7:25 Er wird den Höchsten Lästern und die Heiligen des Höchsten verstören und wird sich unterstehen, Zeit und Gesetz zu ändern. As for me, Daniel, my thoughts were greatly alarming me and my face grew pale, but I kept the matter to myself."(nasb) Dan 7:28 Hucusque finis verbi. Ego Daniel multum cogitationibus meis conturbabar, et facies mea mutata est in me: verbum autem in corde meo conservavi.(vulgate) Daniel 7:28 Hasta aquí [fue] el fin del asunto. En cuanto a mí, Daniel, mucho me turbaron mis pensamientos, y mi rostro se demudó, pero guardé el asunto en mi corazón.(E) Daniel 7:28 Ici finirent les paroles.
