Or what is the benefit of circumcision?(nas) Rom 3:1 τί οὗν τὸ περισσὸν τοῦ ἰουδαίου, ἢ τίς ἡ ὠφέλεια τῆς περιτομῆς; (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:1 Quid ergo amplius Judæo est? aut quæ utilitas circumcisionis?(vulgate) אִם כֵּן אֵפוֹא מַה־יִּתָרוֹן לִיהוּדִי וּמַה־בֶּצַע לוֹ בִּבְרִית הַמּוּלוֹת׃ א Romans Rom 3:1 Was haben denn die Juden für Vorteil, oder was nützt die Beschneidung?(dhs) Rom 3:1 What advantage then has the Jew, or what is the profit of circumcision?(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:2 ============ Rom 3:2 Great in every respect. First of all, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God.(nas) Rom 3:2 πολὺ κατὰ πάντα τρόπον. πρῶτον μὲν [γὰρ] ὅτι ἐπιστεύθησαν τὰ λόγια τοῦ θεοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:2 Multum per omnem modum. Primum quidem quia credita sunt illis eloquia Dei.(vulgate) רַב מְאֹד מִכָּל־עֵבֶר וְיִתְרוֹן הָרֹאשׁ כִּי־הָפְקְדוּ אִתָּם דִּבְרֵי אֱלֹהִים׃ ב Romans Rom 3:2 Fürwahr sehr viel. Zum ersten: ihnen ist vertraut, was Gott geredet hat.(dhs) Rom 3:2 Much in every way! Chiefly because to them were committed the oracles of God.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:3 ============ Rom 3:3 What then? If some did not believe, their unbelief will not nullify the faithfulness of God, will it?(nas) Rom 3:3 τί γὰρ εἰ ἠπίστησάν τινες; μὴ ἡ ἀπιστία αὐτῶν τὴν πίστιν τοῦ θεοῦ καταργήσει; (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:3 Quid enim si quidam illorum non crediderunt? numquid incredulitas illorum fidem Dei evacuabit? Absit.(vulgate) וּמָה אֵפוֹא אִם־מִקְצָתָם לֹא הֶאֱמִינוּ הֶהָפֵר יָפֵר חֹסֶר אֱמוּנָתָם אֶת־אֱמוּנַת אֱלֹהִים׃ ג Romans Rom 3:3 Daß aber etliche nicht daran glauben, was liegt daran? Sollte ihr Unglaube Gottes Glauben aufheben?(dhs) Rom 3:3 For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect?(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:4 ============ Rom 3:4 May it never be! Rather, let God be found true, though every man be found a liar, as it is written, "THAT YOU MAY BE JUSTIFIED IN YOUR WORDS, AND PREVAIL WHEN YOU ARE JUDGED."(nas) Rom 3:4 μὴ γένοιτο· γινέσθω δὲ ὁ θεὸς ἀληθής, πᾶς δὲ ἄνθρωπος ψεύστης, καθὼς γέγραπται, ὅπως ἂν δικαιωθῇς ἐν τοῖς λόγοις σου καὶ νικήσεις ἐν τῶ κρίνεσθαί σε. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:4 Est autem Deus verax: omnis autem homo mendax, sicut scriptum est: [Ut justificeris in sermonibus tuis: et vincas cum judicaris.](vulgate) חָלִילָה אַךְ אֱלֹהִים נֶאֱמָן הוּא וְכָל־אָדָם כֹּזֵב כַּכָּתוּב לְמַעַן־תִּצְדַּק בִּדְבָרֶיךָ וְתִזְכֶּה בְּהִשָּׁפְטֶךָ׃ ד Romans Rom 3:4 Das sei ferne! Es bleibe vielmehr also, daß Gott sei wahrhaftig und alle Menschen Lügner; wie geschrieben steht: "Auf daß du gerecht seist in deinen Worten und überwindest, wenn du gerichtet wirst."(dhs) Rom 3:4 Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written: "That You may be justified in Your words, And may overcome when You are judged."(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:5 ============ Rom 3:5 But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? The God who inflicts wrath is not unrighteous, is He? ( I am speaking in human terms. )(nas) Rom 3:5 εἰ δὲ ἡ ἀδικία ἡμῶν θεοῦ δικαιοσύνην συνίστησιν, τί ἐροῦμεν; μὴ ἄδικος ὁ θεὸς ὁ ἐπιφέρων τὴν ὀργήν; κατὰ ἄνθρωπον λέγω. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:5 Si autem iniquitas nostra justitiam Dei commendat, quid dicemus? Numquid iniquus est Deus, qui infert iram?(vulgate) אַךְ אִם־יִוָּדַע עֹז צִדְקַת אֱלֹהִים עַל־יְדֵי פְשָׁעֵינוּ מַה־נֹּאמַר אֱלֹהֵי עָוֶל הוּא אֲשֶׁר יָעִיר חֲמָתוֹ עָלֵינוּ כְּדֶרֶךְ בְּנֵי־אָדָם אֲנִי מְדַבֵּר׃ ה Romans Rom 3:5 Ist's aber also, daß unsere Ungerechtigkeit Gottes Gerechtigkeit preist, was wollen wir sagen? Ist denn Gott auch ungerecht, wenn er darüber zürnt? (Ich rede also auf Menschenweise.)(dhs) Rom 3:5 But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Alioquin quomodo judicabit Deus hunc mundum?(vulgate) חָלִילָה כִּי אִם־כֵּן אֵיךְ־יִשְׁפֹּט אֱלֹהִים אֶת־הָאָרֶץ׃ ו Romans Rom 3:6 Das sei ferne! Wie könnte sonst Gott die Welt richten?(dhs) Rom 3:6 Certainly not! For then how will God judge the world?(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:7 ============ Rom 3:7 But if through my lie the truth of God abounded to His glory, why am I also still being judged as a sinner?(nas) Rom 3:7 εἰ δὲ ἡ ἀλήθεια τοῦ θεοῦ ἐν τῶ ἐμῶ ψεύσματι ἐπερίσσευσεν εἰς τὴν δόξαν αὐτοῦ, τί ἔτι κἀγὼ ὡς ἁμαρτωλὸς κρίνομαι; (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:7 Si enim veritas Dei in meo mendacio abundavit in gloriam ipsius: quid adhuc et ego tamquam peccator judicor?(vulgate) וְאִם־פִּשְׁעִי וְכַחֲשִׁי בֵאלֹהִים יִתֶּן־לוֹ עֹז וְכָבוֹד מִשְׁנֶה לָמָּה־זֶּה אֵצֵא רָשָׁע בְּהִשָּׁפְטִי׃ ז Romans Rom 3:7 Denn so die Wahrheit Gottes durch meine Lüge herrlicher wird zu seinem Preis, warum sollte ich denn noch als Sünder gerichtet werden(dhs) Rom 3:7 For if the truth of God has increased through my lie to His glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:8 ============ Rom 3:8 And why not say (as we are slanderously reported and as some claim that we say), "Let us do evil that good may come"? Their condemnation is just.(nas) Rom 3:8 καὶ μὴ καθὼς βλασφημούμεθα καὶ καθώς φασίν τινες ἡμᾶς λέγειν ὅτι ποιήσωμεν τὰ κακὰ ἵνα ἔλθῃ τὰ ἀγαθά; ὧν τὸ κρίμα ἔνδικόν ἐστιν. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:8 et non (sicut blasphemamur, et sicut aiunt quidam nos dicere) faciamus mala ut veniant bona: quorum damnatio justa est.~(vulgate) אַךְ הֲלֹא זֶה הוּא דְּבַר מְנַדֵּינוּ הַמּוֹצִיאִים דִּבָּתֵנוּ רָעָה לֵאמֹר כִּי אֲנַחְנוּ אֹמְרִים נַעֲשֶׂה רָע בִּגְלַל הַטּוֹב אֲשֶׁר יָבֹא בַּעֲקֵבוֹ אֵלֶּה הֵם אֲשֶׁר בְּהִשָּׁפְטָם יֶאְשָׁמוּ׃ ח Romans Rom 3:8 und nicht vielmehr also tun, wie wir gelästert werden und wie etliche sprechen, daß wir sagen: "Lasset uns Übles tun, auf das Gutes daraus komme"? welcher Verdammnis ist ganz recht.(dhs) Rom 3:8 And why not say, "Let us do evil that good may come"?--as we are slanderously reported and as some affirm that we say. Causati enim sumus Judæos et Græcos omnes sub peccato esse,(vulgate) וּמָה עַתָּה הֲיֵשׁ יִתְרוֹן לָנוּ אֶפֶס וָאָיִן כִּי לִפְנֵי כֵן הוֹכַחְנוּ כִּי יְהוּדִים וִיוָנִים בֶּעָוֹן הֵמָּה יָחַד׃ ט Romans Rom 3:9 Was sagen wir denn nun? Haben wir einen Vorteil? Gar keinen. Denn wir haben droben bewiesen, daß beide, Juden und Griechen, alle unter der Sünde sind,(dhs) Rom 3:9 What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:10 ============ Rom 3:10 as it is written, "THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NOT EVEN ONE;(nas) Rom 3:10 καθὼς γέγραπται ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν δίκαιος οὐδὲ εἷς, (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:10 sicut scriptum est: [Quia non est justus quisquam:(vulgate) כַּכָּתוּב אֵין צַדִּיק אֵין גַּם־אֶחָד׃ י Romans Rom 3:10 wie denn geschrieben steht: "Da ist nicht, der gerecht sei, auch nicht einer.(dhs) Rom 3:10 As it is written: "There is none righteous, no, not one;(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:11 ============ Rom 3:11 THERE IS NONE WHO UNDERSTANDS, THERE IS NONE WHO SEEKS FOR GOD;(nas) Rom 3:11 οὐκ ἔστιν ὁ συνίων, οὐκ ἔστιν ὁ ἐκζητῶν τὸν θεόν. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:11 non est intelligens, non est requirens Deum.(vulgate) אֵין מַשְׂכִּיל אֵין דֹּרֵשׁ אֶת־אֱלֹהִים׃ יא Romans Rom 3:11 Da ist nicht, der verständig sei; da ist nicht, der nach Gott frage.(dhs) Rom 3:11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:12 ============ Rom 3:12 ALL HAVE TURNED ASIDE, TOGETHER THEY HAVE BECOME USELESS; THERE IS NONE WHO DOES GOOD, THERE IS NOT EVEN ONE."(nas) Rom 3:12 πάντες ἐξέκλιναν, ἅμα ἠχρεώθησαν· οὐκ ἔστιν ὁ ποιῶν χρηστότητα, [οὐκ ἔστιν] ἕως ἑνός. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:12 Omnes declinaverunt, simul inutiles facti sunt: non est qui faciat bonum, non est usque ad unum.(vulgate) הַכֹּל סָר יַחְדָּו נֶאֱלָחוּ אֵין עֹשֶׂה־טוֹב אֵין גַּם אֶחָד׃ יב Romans Rom 3:12 Sie sind alle abgewichen und allesamt untüchtig geworden. Da ist nicht, der Gutes tue, auch nicht einer.(dhs) Rom 3:12 They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one."(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:13 ============ Rom 3:13 "THEIR THROAT IS AN OPEN GRAVE, WITH THEIR TONGUES THEY KEEP DECEIVING," "THE POISON OF ASPS IS UNDER THEIR LIPS";(nas) Rom 3:13 τάφος ἀνεῳγμένος ὁ λάρυγξ αὐτῶν, ταῖς γλώσσαις αὐτῶν ἐδολιοῦσαν, ἰὸς ἀσπίδων ὑπὸ τὰ χείλη αὐτῶν, (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:13 Sepulchrum patens est guttur eorum, linguis suis dolose agebant: venenum aspidum sub labiis eorum:(vulgate) קֶבֶר־פָּתוּחַ גְּרֹנָם לְשׁוֹנָם יַחֲלִיקוּן חֲמַת עַכְשׁוּב תַּחַת שְׂפָתֵימוֹ׃ יג Romans Rom 3:13 Ihr Schlund ist ein offenes Grab; mit ihren Zungen handeln sie trüglich. Otterngift ist unter den Lippen;(dhs) Rom 3:13 "Their throat is an open tomb; With their tongues they have practiced deceit"; "The poison of asps is under their lips";(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:14 ============ Rom 3:14 "WHOSE MOUTH IS FULL OF CURSING AND BITTERNESS";(nas) Rom 3:14 ὧν τὸ στόμα ἀρᾶς καὶ πικρίας γέμει· (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:14 quorum os maledictione, et amaritudine plenum est:(vulgate) אֲשֶׁר אָלָה פִּיהֶם מָלֵא וּמְרֹרוֹת׃ יד Romans Rom 3:14 ihr Mund ist voll Fluchens und Bitterkeit.(dhs) Rom 3:14 "Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness."(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:15 ============ Rom 3:15 "THEIR FEET ARE SWIFT TO SHED BLOOD,(nas) Rom 3:15 ὀξεῖς οἱ πόδες αὐτῶν ἐκχέαι αἷμα, (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:15 veloces pedes eorum ad effundendum sanguinem:(vulgate) רַגְלֵיהֶם יְמַהֲרוּ לִשְׁפָּךְ־דָּם׃ טו Romans Rom 3:15 Ihre Füße sind eilend, Blut zu vergießen;(dhs) Rom 3:15 "Their feet are swift to shed blood;(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:16 ============ Rom 3:16 DESTRUCTION AND MISERY ARE IN THEIR PATHS,(nas) Rom 3:16 σύντριμμα καὶ ταλαιπωρία ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς αὐτῶν, (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:16 contritio et infelicitas in viis eorum:(vulgate) שֹׁד וָשֶׁבֶר בִּמְסִלּוֹתָם׃ טז Romans Rom 3:16 auf ihren Wegen ist eitel Schaden und Herzeleid,(dhs) Rom 3:16 Destruction and misery are in their ways;(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:17 ============ Rom 3:17 AND THE PATH OF PEACE THEY HAVE NOT KNOWN."(nas) Rom 3:17 καὶ ὁδὸν εἰρήνης οὐκ ἔγνωσαν. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:18 non est timor Dei ante oculos eorum.](vulgate) אֵין פַּחַד אֱלֹהִים לְנֶגֶד עֵינֵיהֶם׃ יח Romans Rom 3:18 Es ist keine Furcht Gottes vor ihren Augen."(dhs) Rom 3:18 "There is no fear of God before their eyes."(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:19 ============ Rom 3:19 Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God;(nas) Rom 3:19 οἴδαμεν δὲ ὅτι ὅσα ὁ νόμος λέγει τοῖς ἐν τῶ νόμῳ λαλεῖ, ἵνα πᾶν στόμα φραγῇ καὶ ὑπόδικος γένηται πᾶς ὁ κόσμος τῶ θεῶ· (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:19 Scimus autem quoniam quæcumque lex loquitur, iis, qui in lege sunt, loquitur: ut omne os obstruatur, et subditus fiat omnis mundus Deo:(vulgate) וַאֲנַחְנוּ יָדַעְנוּ כִּי כָל־אֲשֶׁר תַּגִּיד הַתּוֹרָה לָאֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר קִבְּלוּ אֶת־הַתּוֹרָה תָּשִׂים דְּבָרֶיהָ וּבָזֹאת יִסָּכֵר כָּל־פֶּה וְכָל־הָאָרֶץ תֶּאְשַׁם לִפְנֵי אֱלֹהִים׃ יט Romans Rom 3:19 Wir wissen aber, daß, was das Gesetz sagt, das sagt es denen, die unter dem Gesetz sind, auf daß aller Mund verstopft werde und alle Welt Gott schuldig sei;(dhs) Rom 3:19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:20 ============ Rom 3:20 because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.(nas) Rom 3:20 διότι ἐξ ἔργων νόμου οὐ δικαιωθήσεται πᾶσα σὰρξ ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ, διὰ γὰρ νόμου ἐπίγνωσις ἁμαρτίας. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:20 quia ex operibus legis non justificabitur omnis caro coram illo. Per legem enim cognitio peccati.~(vulgate) יַעַן בְּמַּעֲשִׂים אֲשֶׁר צִוְּתָה הַתּוֹרָה לֹא יִצְדַּק כָּל־בָּשָׂר לְפָנָיו כִּי מִמְּקוֹר הַתּוֹרָה יָצְאָה דַּעַת הַחֵטְא׃ כ Romans Rom 3:20 darum daß kein Fleisch durch des Gesetzes Werke vor ihm gerecht sein kann; denn durch das Gesetz kommt Erkenntnis der Sünde.(dhs) Rom 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:21 ============ Rom 3:21 But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,(nas) Rom 3:21 νυνὶ δὲ χωρὶς νόμου δικαιοσύνη θεοῦ πεφανέρωται, μαρτυρουμένη ὑπὸ τοῦ νόμου καὶ τῶν προφητῶν, (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:21 Nunc autem sine lege justitia Dei manifestata est: testificata a lege et prophetis.(vulgate) וְעַתָּה מִבַּלְעֲדֵי הַתּוֹרָה יָצְאָה צִדְקַת אֱלֹהִים לָאוֹר אֲשֶׁר הֵעִידוּ עָלֶיהָ הַתּוֹרָה וְהַנְּבִיאִים׃ כא Romans Rom 3:21 Nun aber ist ohne Zutun des Gesetzes die Gerechtigkeit, die vor Gott gilt, offenbart und bezeugt durch das Gesetz und die Propheten.(dhs) Rom 3:21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:22 ============ Rom 3:22 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction;(nas) Rom 3:22 δικαιοσύνη δὲ θεοῦ διὰ πίστεως ἰησοῦ χριστοῦ, εἰς πάντας τοὺς πιστεύοντας· οὐ γάρ ἐστιν διαστολή· (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:22 Justitia autem Dei per fidem Jesu Christi in omnes et super omnes qui credunt in eum: non enim est distinctio:(vulgate) וְצִדְקַת אֱלֹהִים בֶּאֱמוּנַת יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ נְתוּנָה לְכָל־בְּנֵי אָדָם לִבְנֵי אֱמֻנִים כֻּלָּם כִּי אֵין־מַבְדִּיל׃ כב Romans Rom 3:22 Ich sage aber von solcher Gerechtigkeit vor Gott, die da kommt durch den Glauben an Jesum Christum zu allen und auf alle, die da glauben.(dhs) Rom 3:22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:23 ============ Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,(nas) Rom 3:23 πάντες γὰρ ἥμαρτον καὶ ὑστεροῦνται τῆς δόξης τοῦ θεοῦ, (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:23 omnes enim peccaverunt, et egent gloria Dei.(vulgate) כִּי־כֻּלָּם חָטָאוּ וַיִּסֹּגוּ מֵאַחֲרֵי כְבוֹד אֱלֹהִים׃ כג Romans Rom 3:23 Denn es ist hier kein Unterschied: sie sind allzumal Sünder und mangeln des Ruhmes, den sie bei Gott haben sollten,(dhs) Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:24 ============ Rom 3:24 being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus;(nas) Rom 3:24 δικαιούμενοι δωρεὰν τῇ αὐτοῦ χάριτι διὰ τῆς ἀπολυτρώσεως τῆς ἐν χριστῶ ἰησοῦ· (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:24 Justificati gratis per gratiam ipsius, per redemptionem quæ est in Christo Jesu,(vulgate) וּבְחִנּוֹ חִנָּם כֻּלָּם יִצְדָּקוּ כִּי־פָדָה אֹתָם יֵשׁוּעַ הַמָּשִׁיחַ׃ כד Romans Rom 3:24 und werden ohne Verdienst gerecht aus seiner Gnade durch die Erlösung, so durch Jesum Christum geschehen ist,(dhs) Rom 3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:25 ============ Rom 3:25 whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. Non: sed per legem fidei.(vulgate) אַיֵּה אֵפוֹא עַתָּה גְּאוֹן הַמִּתְהַלְּלִים אֵין כָּל־מְאוּמָה עַל־פִּי אֵיזֶה חֹק עַל־פִּי חָק־הַמַּעֲשֶׂה לֹא כִּי אִם עַל־פִּי חָק־הָאֱמוּנָה׃ כז Romans Rom 3:27 Wo bleibt nun der Ruhm? (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:28 Arbitramur enim justificari hominem per fidem sine operibus legis.(vulgate) לָכֵן חָרַצְנוּ לֵאמֹר בָּאֱמוּנָה יִצְדַּק אִישׁ מִבַּלְעֲדֵי הַמַּעֲשִׂים אֲשֶׁר עַל־פִּי הַתּוֹרָה׃ כח Romans Rom 3:28 So halten wir nun dafür, daß der Mensch gerecht werde ohne des Gesetzes Werke, allein durch den Glauben.(dhs) Rom 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:29 ============ Rom 3:29 Or is God the God of Jews only? Immo et gentium:(vulgate) הַאֱלֹהִים לַיְּהוּדִים לְבַד הוּא וְלֹא לַגּוֹיִם אָכֵן גַּם־אֱלֹהֵי הַגּוֹיִם הוּא׃ כט Romans Rom 3:29 Oder ist Gott allein der Juden Gott? Ist er nicht auch der Heiden Gott? Ja freilich, auch der Heiden Gott.(dhs) Rom 3:29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also,(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:30 ============ Rom 3:30 since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one.(nas) Rom 3:30 εἴπερ εἷς ὁ θεός, ὃς δικαιώσει περιτομὴν ἐκ πίστεως καὶ ἀκροβυστίαν διὰ τῆς πίστεως. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:30 quoniam quidem unus est Deus, qui justificat circumcisionem ex fide, et præputium per fidem.(vulgate) כִּי הוּא אֱלֹהִים אֶחָד אֲשֶׁר יַצְדִּיק אֶת־הַמּוּלִים בָּאֱמוּנָה וְאֶת־הָעֲרֵלִים גַּם־כֵּן עַל־יְדֵי הָאֱמוּנָה׃ ל Romans Rom 3:30 Sintemal es ist ein einiger Gott, der da gerecht macht die Beschnittenen aus dem Glauben und die Unbeschnittenen durch den Glauben.(dhs) Rom 3:30 since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.(nkjv) ======= Romans 3:31 ============ Rom 3:31 Do we then nullify the Law through faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish the Law.(nas) Rom 3:31 νόμον οὗν καταργοῦμεν διὰ τῆς πίστεως; μὴ γένοιτο, ἀλλὰ νόμον ἱστάνομεν. (Nestle-Aland) Rom 3:31 Legem ergo destruimus per fidem? Absit: sed legem statuimus.(vulgate) הֲכִי נָפִיר אֶת־הַתּוֹרָה בֶּאֱמוּנָתֵנוּ חָלִילַה אַךְ נְקַיֵּם אֶת־הַתּוֹרָה׃ לא Romans Rom 3:31 Wie? Heben wir denn das Gesetz auf durch den Glauben? Das sei ferne! sondern wir richten das Gesetz auf.(dhs) Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not!
