(nas) Isa 26:7 ὁδὸς εὐσεβῶν εὐθεῖα ἐγένετο καὶ παρεσκευασμένη ἡ ὁδὸς τῶν εὐσεβῶν (lxx) Isa 26:7 Semita justi recta est, rectus callis justi ad ambulandum.(vulgate) Isaiah 26:7 The way of the iust is righteousnesse: thou wilt make equall the righteous path of the iust.(Geneva) Isa 26:7 Aber des Gerechten Weg ist schlicht; den Steig des Gerechten machst du richtig.(dhs) Isa 26:7 The way of the just is uprightness; O Most Upright, You weigh the path of the just.(nkjv) ======= Isaiah 26:8 ============ Isa 26:8 Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, O Lord, We have waited for You eagerly; Your name, even Your memory, is the desire of our souls. (nas) Isa 26:10 πέπαυται γὰρ ὁ ἀσεβής οὐ μὴ μάθῃ δικαιοσύνην ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἀλήθειαν οὐ μὴ ποιήσῃ ἀρθήτω ὁ ἀσεβής ἵνα μὴ ἴδῃ τὴν δόξαν κυρίου (lxx) Isa 26:10 Misereamur impio, et non discet justitiam; in terra sanctorum iniqua gessit, et non videbit gloriam Domini.(vulgate) Isaiah 26:10 Let mercie bee shewed to the wicked, yet hee will not learne righteousnesse: in the land of vprightnesse will he do wickedly, and will not beholde the maiestie of the Lord.(Geneva) Isa 26:10 Aber wenn den Gottlosen Gnade widerfährt, so lernen sie nicht Gerechtigkeit, sondern tun nur übel im richtigen Lande, denn sie sehen des HERRN Herrlichkeit nicht.(dhs) Isa 26:10 Let grace be shown to the wicked, Yet he will not learn righteousness; In the land of uprightness he will deal unjustly, And will not behold the majesty of the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Isaiah 26:11 ============ Isa 26:11 O Lord, Your hand is lifted up yet they do not see it. (nas) Isa 26:11 κύριε ὑψηλός σου ὁ βραχίων καὶ οὐκ ᾔδεισαν γνόντες δὲ αἰσχυνθήσονται ζῆλος λήμψεται λαὸν ἀπαίδευτον καὶ νῦν πῦρ τοὺς ὑπεναντίους ἔδεται (lxx) Isa 26:11 Domine, exaltetur manus tua, et non videant; videant, et confundantur zelantes populi; et ignis hostes tuos devoret.(vulgate) Isaiah 26:11 O Lorde, they will not beholde thine hie hande: but they shall see it, and bee confounded with the zeale of the people, and the fire of thine enemies shall deuoure them.(Geneva) Isa 26:11 HERR, deine Hand ist erhöht; das sehen sie nicht. Wenn sie aber sehen werden den Eifer um dein Volk, so werden sie zu Schanden werden; dazu wirst du sie mit Feuer, damit du deine Feinde verzehrst, verzehren.(dhs) Isa 26:11 Lord, when Your hand is lifted up, they will not see. Expergiscimini, et laudate, qui habitatis in pulvere, quia ros lucis ros tuus, et terram gigantum detrahes in ruinam.(vulgate) Isaiah 26:19 Thy dead men shall liue: euen with my body shall they rise. (nas) Isa 26:20 βάδιζε λαός μου εἴσελθε εἰς τὰ ταμίειά σου ἀπόκλεισον τὴν θύραν σου ἀποκρύβηθι μικρὸν ὅσον ὅσον ἕως ἂν παρέλθῃ ἡ ὀργὴ κυρίου (lxx) Isa 26:20 Vade, populus meus, intra in cubicula tua; claude ostia tua super te, abscondere modicum ad momentum, donec pertranseat indignatio.(vulgate) Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people: enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doores after thee: hide thy selfe for a very litle while, vntill the indignation passe ouer.(Geneva) Isa 26:20 Gehe hin, mein Volk, in deine Kammer und schließ die Tür nach dir zu; verbirg dich einen kleinen Augenblick, bis der Zorn vorübergehe.(dhs) Isa 26:20 Come, my people, enter your chambers, And shut your doors behind you; Hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, Until the indignation is past.(nkjv) ======= Isaiah 26:21 ============ Isa 26:21 For behold, the Lord is about to come out from His place To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; And the earth will reveal her bloodshed And will no longer cover her slain. (nas) Isa 26:21 ἰδοὺ γὰρ κύριος ἀπὸ τοῦ ἁγίου ἐπάγει τὴν ὀργὴν ἐπὶ τοὺς ἐνοικοῦντας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἀνακαλύψει ἡ γῆ τὸ αἷμα αὐτῆς καὶ οὐ κατακαλύψει τοὺς ἀνῃρημένους (lxx) Isa 26:21 Ecce enim Dominus egredietur de loco suo, ut visitet iniquitatem habitatoris terræ contra eum; et revelabit terra sanguinem suum, et non operiet ultra interfectos suos.](vulgate) Isaiah 26:21 For lo, the Lord commeth out of his place, to visite the iniquitie of the inhabitants of the earth vpon them: and the earth shall disclose her blood, and shall no more hide her slaine.(Geneva) Isa 26:21 Denn siehe, der HERR wird ausgehen von seinem Ort, heimzusuchen die Bosheit der Einwohner des Landes über sie, daß das Land wird offenbaren ihr Blut und nicht weiter verhehlen, die darin erwürgt sind.(dhs) Isa 26:21 For behold, the Lord comes out of His place To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; The earth will also disclose her blood, And will no more cover her slain.(nkjv) ======= Isaiah 27:1 ============ Isa 27:1 In that day the Lord will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, With His fierce and great and mighty sword, Even Leviathan the twisted serpent; And He will kill the dragon who lives in the sea. (nas) Isa 27:1 τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ἐπάξει ὁ θεὸς τὴν μάχαιραν τὴν ἁγίαν καὶ τὴν μεγάλην καὶ τὴν ἰσχυρὰν ἐπὶ τὸν δράκοντα ὄφιν φεύγοντα ἐπὶ τὸν δράκοντα ὄφιν σκολιὸν καὶ ἀνελεῖ τὸν δράκοντα (lxx) Isa 27:1 [In die illa visitabit Dominus in gladio suo duro, et grandi, et forti, super Leviathan, serpentem vectem, et super Leviathan, serpentem tortuosum, et occidet cetum qui in mari est.(vulgate) Isaiah 27:1 In that day the Lorde with his sore and great and mightie sword shall visite Liuiathan, that pearcing serpent, euen Liuiathan, that crooked serpent, and he shal slay the dragon that is in the sea.(Geneva) Isa 27:1 Zu der Zeit wird der HERR heimsuchen mit seinem harten, großen und starken Schwert beide, den Leviathan, der eine flüchtige Schlange, und den Leviathan, der eine gewundene Schlange ist, und wird den Drachen im Meer erwürgen.(dhs) Isa 27:1 In that day the Lord with His severe sword, great and strong, Will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan that twisted serpent; And He will slay the reptile that is in the sea.(nkjv) |
