Today's Date: Job 24:25 "Now if it is not so, who can prove me a liar, And make my speech worthless? "(nasb) ======= Job 25:1 ============ Job 25:1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,(KJV) Job 25:1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and sayd,(Geneva) Job 25:1 Bildad de Schuach prit la parole et dit:(FR) 1 ׃25 וַ֭יַּעַן בִּלְדַּ֥ד הַשֻּׁחִ֗י וַיֹּאמַֽר׃ Job Job 25:1 Then Bildad the Shuhite answered,(nasb) ======= Job 25:2 ============ Job 25:2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.(KJV) Job 25:2 Power and feare is with him, that maketh peace in his hie places.(Geneva) Job 25:2 La puissance et la terreur appartiennent à Dieu; Il fait régner la paix dans ses hautes régions.(FR) 2 ׃25 הַמְשֵׁ֣ל וָפַ֣חַד עִמּ֑וֹ עֹשֶׂ֥ה שָׁ֝ל֗וֹם בִּמְרוֹמָֽיו׃ Job Job 25:2 "Dominion and awe belong to Him Who establishes peace in His heights.(nasb) ======= Job 25:3 ============ Job 25:3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?(KJV) Job 25:3 Is there any nomber in his armies? and vpon whom shall not his light arise?(Geneva) Job 25:3 Ses armées ne sont-elles pas innombrables? Sur qui sa lumière ne se lève-t-elle pas?(FR) 3 ׃25 הֲיֵ֣שׁ מִ֭סְפָּר לִגְדוּדָ֑יו וְעַל־מִ֝֗י לֹא־יָק֥וּם אוֹרֵֽהוּ׃ Job Job 25:3 "Is there any number to His troops? And upon whom does His light not rise?(nasb) ======= Job 25:4 ============ Job 25:4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?(KJV) Job 25:4 And howe may a man be iustified with God? or how can he be cleane, that is borne of woman?(Geneva) Job 25:4 Comment l'homme serait-il juste devant Dieu? Comment celui qui est né de la femme serait-il pur?(FR) 4 ׃25 וּמַה־יִּצְדַּ֣ק אֱנ֣וֹשׁ עִם־אֵ֑ל וּמַה־יִּ֝זְכֶּ֗ה יְל֣וּד אִשָּֽׁה׃ Job Job 25:4 "How then can a man be just with God? Or how can he be clean who is born of woman?(nasb) ======= Job 25:5 ============ Job 25:5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.(KJV) Job 25:5 Behold, he wil giue no light to the moone, and the starres are vncleane in his sight.(Geneva) Job 25:5 Voici, la lune même n'est pas brillante, Et les étoiles ne sont pas pures à ses yeux;(FR) 5 ׃25 הֵ֣ן עַד־יָ֭רֵחַ וְלֹ֣א יַאֲהִ֑יל וְ֝כוֹכָבִ֗ים לֹא־זַכּ֥וּ בְעֵינָֽיו׃ Job Job 25:5 "If even the moon has no brightness And the stars are not pure in His sight,(nasb) ======= Job 25:6 ============ Job 25:6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?(kjv) Job 25:6 How much more man, a worme, euen the sonne of man, which is but a worme?(Geneva) Job 25:6 Combien moins l'homme, qui n'est qu'un ver, Le fils de l'homme, qui n'est qu'un vermisseau!(FR) 6 ׃25 אַ֭ף כִּֽי־אֱנ֣וֹשׁ רִמָּ֑ה וּבֶן־אָ֝דָ֗ם תּוֹלֵעָֽה׃ פ Job Job 25:6 How much less man, that maggot, And the son of man, that worm!"
