Today's Date: ======= Psalm 1:1 ============ Psa 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.(KJV) Psalms 1:1 Blessed is the man that doeth not walke in the counsell of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in ye seate of the scornefull:(Geneva) Psaume 1:1 Heureux l'homme qui ne marche pas selon le conseil des méchants, Qui ne s'arrête pas sur la voie des pécheurs, Et qui ne s'assied pas en compagnie des moqueurs,(FR) 1 ׃1 אַ֥שְֽׁרֵי־הָאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֤ר ׀ לֹ֥א הָלַךְ֮ בַּעֲצַ֢ת רְשָׁ֫עִ֥ים וּבְדֶ֣רֶךְ חַ֭טָּאִים לֹ֥א עָמָ֑ד וּבְמוֹשַׁ֥ב לֵ֝צִ֗ים לֹ֣א יָשָֽׁב׃ Psalms Psa 1:1 How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!(nasb) ======= Psalm 1:2 ============ Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.(KJV) Psalms 1:2 But his delite is in the Lawe of the Lord, and in his Lawe doeth he meditate day and night.(Geneva) Psaume 1:2 Mais qui trouve son plaisir dans la loi de l'Eternel, Et qui la médite jour et nuit!(FR) 2 ׃1 כִּ֤י אִ֥ם בְּתוֹרַ֥ת יְהוָ֗ה חֶ֫פְצ֥וֹ וּֽבְתוֹרָת֥וֹ יֶהְגֶּ֗ה יוֹמָ֥ם וָלָֽיְלָה׃ Psalms Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.(nasb) ======= Psalm 1:3 ============ Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.(KJV) Psalms 1:3 For he shall be like a tree planted by the riuers of waters, that will bring foorth her fruite in due season: whose leafe shall not fade: so whatsoeuer he shall doe, shall prosper.(Geneva) Psaume 1:3 Il est comme un arbre planté près d'un courant d'eau, Qui donne son fruit en sa saison, Et dont le feuillage ne se flétrit point: Tout ce qu'il fait lui réussit.(FR) 3 ׃1 וְֽהָיָ֗ה כְּעֵץ֮ שָׁת֢וּל עַֽל־פַּלְגֵ֫י מָ֥יִם אֲשֶׁ֤ר פִּרְי֨וֹ ׀ יִתֵּ֬ן בְּעִתּ֗וֹ וְעָלֵ֥הוּ לֹֽא־יִבּ֑וֹל וְכֹ֖ל אֲשֶׁר־יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה יַצְלִֽיחַ׃ Psalms Psa 1:3 He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.(nasb) ======= Psalm 1:4 ============ Psa 1:4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.(KJV) Psalms 1:4 The wicked are not so, but as the chaffe, which the winde driueth away.(Geneva) Psaume 1:4 Il n'en est pas ainsi des méchants: Ils sont comme la paille que le vent dissipe.(FR) 4 ׃1 לֹא־כֵ֥ן הָרְשָׁעִ֑ים כִּ֥י אִם־כַּ֝מֹּ֗ץ אֲֽשֶׁר־תִּדְּפֶ֥נּוּ רֽוּחַ׃ Psalms Psa 1:4 The wicked are not so, But they are like chaff which the wind drives away.(nasb) ======= Psalm 1:5 ============ Psa 1:5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.(KJV) Psalms 1:5 Therefore the wicked shall not stande in the iudgement, nor sinners in the assemblie of the righteous.(Geneva) Psaume 1:5 C'est pourquoi les méchants ne résistent pas au jour du jugement, Ni les pécheurs dans l'assemblée des justes;(FR) 5 ׃1 עַל־כֵּ֤ן ׀ לֹא־יָקֻ֣מוּ רְ֭שָׁעִים בַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑ט וְ֝חַטָּאִ֗ים בַּעֲדַ֥ת צַדִּיקִֽים׃ Psalms Psa 1:5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.(nasb) ======= Psalm 1:6 ============ Psa 1:6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.(kjv) Psalms 1:6 For the Lorde knoweth the way of the righteous, & the way of the wicked shal perish.(Geneva) Psaume 1:6 Car l'Eternel connaît la voie des justes, Et la voie des pécheurs mène à la ruine.(FR) 6 ׃1 כִּֽי־יוֹדֵ֣עַ יְ֭הוָה דֶּ֣רֶךְ צַדִּיקִ֑ים וְדֶ֖רֶךְ רְשָׁעִ֣ים תֹּאבֵֽד׃ Psalms Psa 1:6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wicked will perish.
