I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.(KJV) Isaiah 48:6 Thou hast heard, behold all this, & wil not yee declare it? And you, will you not declare it? I proclaim to you new things from this time, Even hidden things which you have not known. Even from long ago your ear has not been open, Because I knew that you would deal very treacherously; And you have been called a rebel from birth. The LORD hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans.(KJV) Isaiah 48:14 All you, assemble your selues, and heare: which among them hath declared these thinges? The Lorde hath loued him: he wil doe his will in Babel, and his arme shalbe against the Chaldeans.(Geneva) Ésaïe 48:14 Vous tous, assemblez-vous, et écoutez! Qui d'entre eux a annoncé ces choses? Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; he will carry out His good pleasure on Babylon, And His arm will be against the Chaldeans. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 48:19 ============ Isa 48:19 Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.(KJV) Isaiah 48:19 Thy seede also had beene as the sande, and the fruite of thy body like the grauell thereof: his name should not haue bene cut off nor destroied before me.(Geneva) Ésaïe 48:19 Ta postérité serait comme le sable, Et les fruits de tes entrailles comme les grains de sable; Ton nom ne serait point effacé, anéanti devant moi.(FR) 19 ׃48 וַיְהִ֤י כַחוֹל֙ זַרְעֶ֔ךָ וְצֶאֱצָאֵ֥י מֵעֶ֖יךָ כִּמְעֹתָ֑יו לֹֽא־יִכָּרֵ֧ת וְֽלֹא־יִשָּׁמֵ֛ד שְׁמ֖וֹ מִלְּפָנָֽי׃ Isaiah Isa 48:19 "Your descendants would have been like the sand, And your offspring like its grains; Their name would never be cut off or destroyed from My presence."(nasb) ======= Isaiah 48:20 ============ Isa 48:20 Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The LORD hath redeemed his servant Jacob.(KJV) Isaiah 48:20 Goe yee out of Babel: flee yee from the Chaldeans, with a voice of ioy: tel and declare this: shewe it foorth to the ende of the earth: say yee, The Lord hath redeemed his seruant Iaakob.(Geneva) Ésaïe 48:20 Sortez de Babylone, fuyez du milieu des Chaldéens! Avec une voix d'allégresse annoncez-le, publiez-le, Faites-le savoir jusqu'à l'extrémité de la terre, Dites: L'Eternel a racheté son serviteur Jacob!(FR) 20 ׃48 צְא֣וּ מִבָּבֶל֮ בִּרְח֣וּ מִכַּשְׂדִּים֒ בְּק֣וֹל רִנָּ֗ה הַגִּ֤ידוּ הַשְׁמִ֙יעוּ֙ זֹ֔את הוֹצִיא֖וּהָ עַד־קְצֵ֣ה הָאָ֑רֶץ אִמְר֕וּ גָּאַ֥ל יְהוָ֖ה עַבְדּ֥וֹ יַעֲקֹֽב׃ Isaiah Isa 48:20 Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldeans! Declare with the sound of joyful shouting, proclaim this, Send it out to the end of the earth; Say, "The Lord has redeemed His servant Jacob."(nasb) ======= Isaiah 48:21 ============ Isa 48:21 And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.(KJV) Isaiah 48:21 And they were not thirstie: hee led them through the wildernesse: hee caused the waters to flowe out of the rocke for them: for he claue the rocke, and the water gushed out.(Geneva) Ésaïe 48:21 Et ils n'auront pas soif dans les déserts où il les conduira: Il fera jaillir pour eux l'eau du rocher, Il fendra le rocher, Et l'eau coulera.(FR) 21 ׃48 וְלֹ֣א צָמְא֗וּ בָּחֳרָבוֹת֙ הֽוֹלִיכָ֔ם מַ֥יִם מִצּ֖וּר הִזִּ֣יל לָ֑מוֹ וַיִּ֨בְקַע־צ֔וּר וַיָּזֻ֖בוּ מָֽיִם׃ Isaiah Isa 48:21 They did not thirst when He led them through the deserts. He made the water flow out of the rock for them; He split the rock and the water gushed forth.
