Today's Date: ======= Isaiah 61:1 ============ Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;(KJV) Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lorde God is vpon mee, therefore hath the Lorde anoynted mee: hee hath sent mee to preache good tidings vnto the poore, to binde vp the broken hearted, to preach libertie to the captiues, and to them that are bound, the opening of the prison,(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:1 L'esprit du Seigneur, l'Eternel, est sur moi, Car l'Eternel m'a oint pour porter de bonnes nouvelles aux malheureux; Il m'a envoyé pour guérir ceux qui ont le coeur brisé, Pour proclamer aux captifs la liberté, Et aux prisonniers la délivrance;(FR) 1 ׃61 ר֛וּחַ אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִ֖ה עָלָ֑י יַ֡עַן מָשַׁח֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֹתִ֜י לְבַשֵּׂ֣ר עֲנָוִ֗ים שְׁלָחַ֙נִי֙ לַחֲבֹ֣שׁ לְנִשְׁבְּרֵי־לֵ֔ב לִקְרֹ֤א לִשְׁבוּיִם֙ דְּר֔וֹר וְלַאֲסוּרִ֖ים פְּקַח־קֽוֹחַ׃ Isaiah Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners; (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:2 ============ Isa 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;(KJV) Isaiah 61:2 To preache the acceptable yeere of the Lorde, and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all that mourne,(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:2 Pour publier une année de grâce de l'Eternel, Et un jour de vengeance de notre Dieu; Pour consoler tous les affligés;(FR) 2 ׃61 לִקְרֹ֤א שְׁנַת־רָצוֹן֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה וְי֥וֹם נָקָ֖ם לֵאלֹהֵ֑ינוּ לְנַחֵ֖ם כָּל־אֲבֵלִֽים׃ Isaiah Isa 61:2 TO PROCLAIM THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:3 ============ Isa 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.(KJV) Isaiah 61:3 To appoint vnto them that mourne in Zion, and to giue vnto them beautie for ashes, the oyle of ioye for mourning, the garment of gladnesse for the spirit of heauinesse, that they might be called trees of righteousnesse, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:3 Pour accorder aux affligés de Sion, Pour leur donner un diadème au lieu de la cendre, Une huile de joie au lieu du deuil, Un vêtement de louange au lieu d'un esprit abattu, Afin qu'on les appelle des térébinthes de la justice, Une plantation de l'Eternel, pour servir à sa gloire.(FR) 3 ׃61 לָשׂ֣וּם ׀ לַאֲבֵלֵ֣י צִיּ֗וֹן לָתֵת֩ לָהֶ֨ם פְּאֵ֜ר תַּ֣חַת אֵ֗פֶר שֶׁ֤מֶן שָׂשׂוֹן֙ תַּ֣חַת אֵ֔בֶל מַעֲטֵ֣ה תְהִלָּ֔ה תַּ֖חַת ר֣וּחַ כֵּהָ֑ה וְקֹרָ֤א לָהֶם֙ אֵילֵ֣י הַצֶּ֔דֶק מַטַּ֥ע יְהוָ֖ה לְהִתְפָּאֵֽר׃ Isaiah Isa 61:3 To grant those who mourn in Zion, Giving them a garland instead of ashes, The oil of gladness instead of mourning, The mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:4 ============ Isa 61:4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.(KJV) Isaiah 61:4 And they shall builde the olde waste places, and raise vp the former desolations, and they shal repaire the cities that were desolate and waste through many generations.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:4 Ils rebâtiront sur d'anciennes ruines, Ils relèveront d'antiques décombres, Ils renouvelleront des villes ravagées, Dévastées depuis longtemps.(FR) 4 ׃61 וּבָנוּ֙ חָרְב֣וֹת עוֹלָ֔ם שֹׁמְמ֥וֹת רִֽאשֹׁנִ֖ים יְקוֹמֵ֑מוּ וְחִדְּשׁוּ֙ עָ֣רֵי חֹ֔רֶב שֹׁמְמ֖וֹת דּ֥וֹר וָדֽוֹר׃ Isaiah Isa 61:4 Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, They will raise up the former devastations; And they will repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:5 ============ Isa 61:5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.(KJV) Isaiah 61:5 And the strangers shall stande and feede your sheepe, and the sonnes of the strangers shall be your plowmen and dressers of your vines.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:5 Des étrangers seront là et feront paître vos troupeaux, Des fils de l'étranger seront vos laboureurs et vos vignerons.(FR) 5 ׃61 וְעָמְד֣וּ זָרִ֔ים וְרָע֖וּ צֹאנְכֶ֑ם וּבְנֵ֣י נֵכָ֔ר אִכָּרֵיכֶ֖ם וְכֹרְמֵיכֶֽם׃ Isaiah Isa 61:5 Strangers will stand and pasture your flocks, And foreigners will be your farmers and your vinedressers. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:6 ============ Isa 61:6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.(KJV) Isaiah 61:6 But ye shall be named the Priestes of the Lord, and men shall say vnto you, The ministers of our God, Ye shall eate the riches of the Gentiles, and shalbe exalted with their glorie.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:6 Mais vous, on vous appellera sacrificateurs de l'Eternel, On vous nommera serviteurs de notre Dieu; Vous mangerez les richesses des nations, Et vous vous glorifierez de leur gloire.(FR) 6 ׃61 וְאַתֶּ֗ם כֹּהֲנֵ֤י יְהוָה֙ תִּקָּרֵ֔אוּ מְשָׁרְתֵ֣י אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ יֵאָמֵ֖ר לָכֶ֑ם חֵ֤יל גּוֹיִם֙ תֹּאכֵ֔לוּ וּבִכְבוֹדָ֖ם תִּתְיַמָּֽרוּ׃ Isaiah Isa 61:6 But you will be called the priests of the Lord; You will be spoken of as ministers of our God. You will eat the wealth of nations, And in their riches you will boast. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:7 ============ Isa 61:7 For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.(KJV) Isaiah 61:7 For your shame you shall receiue double, and for confusion they shall reioyce in their portion: for in their lande they shall possesse the double: euerlasting ioy shall be vnto them.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:7 Au lieu de votre opprobre, vous aurez une portion double; Au lieu de l'ignominie, ils seront joyeux de leur part; Ils posséderont ainsi le double dans leur pays, Et leur joie sera éternelle.(FR) 7 ׃61 תַּ֤חַת בָּשְׁתְּכֶם֙ מִשְׁנֶ֔ה וּכְלִמָּ֖ה יָרֹ֣נּוּ חֶלְקָ֑ם לָכֵ֤ן בְּאַרְצָם֙ מִשְׁנֶ֣ה יִירָ֔שׁוּ שִׂמְחַ֥ת עוֹלָ֖ם תִּהְיֶ֥ה לָהֶֽם׃ Isaiah Isa 61:7 Instead of your shame you will have a double portion, And instead of humiliation they will shout for joy over their portion. Therefore they will possess a double portion in their land, Everlasting joy will be theirs. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:8 ============ Isa 61:8 For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.(KJV) Isaiah 61:8 For I the Lorde loue iudgement and hate robberie for burnt offering, and I wil direct their worke in trueth, and will make an euerlasting couenant with them.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:8 Car moi, l'Eternel, j'aime la justice, Je hais la rapine avec l'iniquité; Je leur donnerai fidèlement leur récompense, Et je traiterai avec eux une alliance éternelle.(FR) 8 ׃61 כִּ֣י אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ אֹהֵ֣ב מִשְׁפָּ֔ט שֹׂנֵ֥א גָזֵ֖ל בְּעוֹלָ֑ה וְנָתַתִּ֤י פְעֻלָּתָם֙ בֶּאֱמֶ֔ת וּבְרִ֥ית עוֹלָ֖ם אֶכְר֥וֹת לָהֶֽם׃ Isaiah Isa 61:8 For I, the Lord, love justice, I hate robbery in the burnt offering; And I will faithfully give them their recompense And make an everlasting covenant with them. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:9 ============ Isa 61:9 And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.(KJV) Isaiah 61:9 And their seede shall be knowen among the Gentiles, and their buddes among the people. All that see them, shall know them, that they are the seede which the Lord hath blessed.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:9 Leur race sera connue parmi les nations, Et leur postérité parmi les peuples; Tous ceux qui les verront reconnaîtront Qu'ils sont une race bénie de l'Eternel.(FR) 9 ׃61 וְנוֹדַ֤ע בַּגּוֹיִם֙ זַרְעָ֔ם וְצֶאֱצָאֵיהֶ֖ם בְּת֣וֹךְ הָעַמִּ֑ים כָּל־רֹֽאֵיהֶם֙ יַכִּיר֔וּם כִּ֛י הֵ֥ם זֶ֖רַע בֵּרַ֥ךְ יְהוָֽה׃ ס Isaiah Isa 61:9 Then their offspring will be known among the nations, And their descendants in the midst of the peoples. All who see them will recognize them Because they are the offspring whom the Lord has blessed. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:10 ============ Isa 61:10 I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.(KJV) Isaiah 61:10 I will greatly reioyce in the Lord, and my soule shall be ioyfull in my God: for he hath clothed mee with the garments of saluation, and couered me with the robe of righteousnes: hee hath decked me like a bridegrome, and as a bride tireth herselfe with her iewels.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:10 Je me réjouirai en l'Eternel, Mon âme sera ravie d'allégresse en mon Dieu; Car il m'a revêtu des vêtements du salut, Il m'a couvert du manteau de la délivrance, Comme le fiancé s'orne d'un diadème, Comme la fiancée se pare de ses joyaux.(FR) 10 ׃61 שׂ֧וֹשׂ אָשִׂ֣ישׂ בַּֽיהוָ֗ה תָּגֵ֤ל נַפְשִׁי֙ בֵּֽאלֹהַ֔י כִּ֤י הִלְבִּישַׁ֙נִי֙ בִּגְדֵי־יֶ֔שַׁע מְעִ֥יל צְדָקָ֖ה יְעָטָ֑נִי כֶּֽחָתָן֙ יְכַהֵ֣ן פְּאֵ֔ר וְכַכַּלָּ֖ה תַּעְדֶּ֥ה כֵלֶֽיהָ׃ Isaiah Isa 61:10 I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 61:11 ============ Isa 61:11 For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.(kjv) Isaiah 61:11 For as the earth bringeth foorth her bud, and as the garden causeth to growe that which is sowen in it: so the Lord God will cause righteousnesse to grow and praise before all the heathen.(Geneva) Ésaïe 61:11 Car, comme la terre fait éclore son germe, Et comme un jardin fait pousser ses semences, Ainsi le Seigneur, l'Eternel, fera germer le salut et la louange, En présence de toutes les nations.(FR) 11 ׃61 כִּ֤י כָאָ֙רֶץ֙ תּוֹצִ֣יא צִמְחָ֔הּ וּכְגַנָּ֖ה זֵרוּעֶ֣יהָ תַצְמִ֑יחַ כֵּ֣ן ׀ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֗ה יַצְמִ֤יחַ צְדָקָה֙ וּתְהִלָּ֔ה נֶ֖גֶד כָּל־הַגּוֹיִֽם׃ Isaiah Isa 61:11 For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 62:1 ============ Isa 62:1 For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.(KJV) Isaiah 62:1 For Zions sake I will not holde my tongue, and for Ierusalems sake I wil not rest, vntil the righteousnes thereof breake foorth as the light, and saluation thereof as a burning lampe.(Geneva) Ésaïe 62:1 Pour l'amour de Sion je ne me tairai point, Pour l'amour de Jérusalem je ne prendrai point de repos, Jusqu'à ce que son salut paraisse, comme l'aurore, Et sa délivrance, comme un flambeau qui s'allume.(FR) |
