But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.(KJV) John 8:6 And this they saide to tempt him, that they might haue, whereof to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and with His finger wrote on the ground. (nasb) ======= John 8:9 ============ Jn 8:9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.(KJV) John 8:9 And when they heard it, being accused by their owne conscience, they went out one by one, beginning at ye eldest euen to the last: so Iesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the mids.(Geneva) Jean 8:9 Quand ils entendirent cela, accusés par leur conscience, ils se retirèrent un à un, depuis les plus âgés jusqu'aux derniers; et Jésus resta seul avec la femme qui était là au milieu.(FR) וְהֵם כְּשָׁמְעָם אֶת־זֹאת וַיַּךְ לִבָּם אֹתָם יָצְאוּ אִישׁ אִישׁ מִזָּקֵן וְעַד־צָעִיר וַיִּוָּתֵר יֵשׁוּעַ לְבַדּוֹ וְהָאִשָּׁה עֹמֶדֶת בַּתָּוֶךְ׃ ט John Jn 8:9 When they heard it, they began to go out one by one, beginning with the older ones, and He was left alone, and the woman, where she was, in the center of the court. Did no one condemn you?"(nasb) ======= John 8:11 ============ Jn 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.(KJV) John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord; Iesus said, Neither do I condemne thee: go and sinne no more.(Geneva) Jean 8:11 Elle répondit: Non, Seigneur. And Jesus said, "I do not condemn you, either. Go. And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.(KJV) John 8:25 Then saide they vnto him, Who art thou? Jesus said to them, "What have I been saying to you from the beginning? (nasb) ======= John 8:26 ============ Jn 8:26 I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.(KJV) John 8:26 I haue many things to say, & to iudge of you: but he that sent me, is true, & the things that I haue heard of him, those speake I to the world.(Geneva) Jean 8:26 J'ai beaucoup de choses à dire de vous et à juger en vous; mais celui qui m'a envoyé est vrai, et ce que j'ai entendu de lui, je le dis au monde.(FR) יֶשׁ־לִי רַבּוֹת לְדַבֵּר וְלִשְׁפֹּט עֲלֵיכֶם אָכֵן שֹׁלְחִי נֶאֱמָן הוּא וְאֶת־הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר אֶשְׁמַע מִמֶּנּוּ אֹתוֹ אֲדַבֵּר אֶל־הָעוֹלָם׃ כו John Jn 8:26 I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and the things which I heard from Him, these I speak to the world."(nasb) ======= John 8:27 ============ Jn 8:27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.(KJV) John 8:27 They vnderstoode not that hee spake to them of the Father.(Geneva) Jean 8:27 Ils ne comprirent point qu'il leur parlait du Père.(FR) וְהֵם לֹא הֵבִינוּ זֹאת כִּי עַל־הָאָב דִּבֶּר אֲלֵיהֶם׃ כז John Jn 8:27 They did not realize that He had been speaking to them about the Father. (nasb) ======= John 8:28 ============ Jn 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.(KJV) John 8:28 Then said Iesus vnto them, When ye haue lift vp the Sonne of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I doe nothing of my selfe, but as my Father hath taught me, so I speake these things.(Geneva) Jean 8:28 Jésus donc leur dit: Quand vous aurez élevé le Fils de l'homme, alors vous connaîtrez ce que je suis, et que je ne fais rien de moi-même, mais que je parle selon ce que le Père m'a enseigné.(FR) וַיֹּאמֶר יֵשׁוּעַ כַּאֲשֶׁר תַּגְבִּיהוּ אֶת־בֶּן־הָאָדָם לְמַעְלָה אָז תַּכִּירוּ כִּי־אֲנִי הוּא וְלֹא עָשִׂיתִי מְאוּמָה מִלִּבִּי כִּי אִם־הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר הוֹרַנִי הָאָב אֹתוֹ אֲנִי מְדַבֵּר׃ כח John Jn 8:28 So Jesus said, "When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and I do nothing on My own initiative, but I speak these things as the Father taught Me.
