(nasb) ======= Isaiah 4:4 ============ Isa 4:4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.(KJV) Isaiah 4:4 When the Lord shall wash the filthines of the daughters of Zion, and purge the blood of Ierusalem out of the middes thereof by the spirite of iudgement, and by the spirit of burning.(Geneva) Ésaïe 4:4 Après que le Seigneur aura lavé les ordures des filles de Sion, Et purifié Jérusalem du sang qui est au milieu d'elle, Par le souffle de la justice et par le souffle de la destruction.(FR) 4 ׃4 אִ֣ם ׀ רָחַ֣ץ אֲדֹנָ֗י אֵ֚ת צֹאַ֣ת בְּנוֹת־צִיּ֔וֹן וְאֶת־דְּמֵ֥י יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם יָדִ֣יחַ מִקִּרְבָּ֑הּ בְּר֥וּחַ מִשְׁפָּ֖ט וּבְר֥וּחַ בָּעֵֽר׃ Isaiah Isa 4:4 When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and purged the bloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and the spirit of burning, (nasb) ======= Isaiah 4:5 ============ Isa 4:5 And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence.(KJV) Isaiah 4:5 And the Lord shal create vpon euery place of mount Zion, and vpon the assemblies thereof, a cloude and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for vpon all the glory shall be a defence.(Geneva) Ésaïe 4:5 L'Eternel établira, sur toute l'étendue de la montagne de Sion Et sur ses lieux d'assemblées, Une nuée fumante pendant le jour, Et un feu de flammes éclatantes pendant la nuit; Car tout ce qui est glorieux sera mis à couvert.(FR) 5 ׃4 וּבָרָ֣א יְהוָ֡ה עַל֩ כָּל־מְכ֨וֹן הַר־צִיּ֜וֹן וְעַל־מִקְרָאֶ֗הָ עָנָ֤ן ׀ יוֹמָם֙ וְעָשָׁ֔ן וְנֹ֛גַהּ אֵ֥שׁ לֶהָבָ֖ה לָ֑יְלָה כִּ֥י עַל־כָּל־כָּב֖וֹד חֻפָּֽה׃ Isaiah Isa 4:5 then the Lord will create over the whole area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, even smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 4:6 ============ Isa 4:6 And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the day time from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain.(kjv) Isaiah 4:6 And a couering shalbe for a shadow in the day for the heate, and a place of refuge and a couert for the storme and for the raine.(Geneva) Ésaïe 4:6 Il y aura un abri pour donner de l'ombre contre la chaleur du jour, Pour servir de refuge et d'asile contre l'orage et la pluie.(FR) 6 ׃4 וְסֻכָּ֛ה תִּהְיֶ֥ה לְצֵל־יוֹמָ֖ם מֵחֹ֑רֶב וּלְמַחְסֶה֙ וּלְמִסְתּ֔וֹר מִזֶּ֖רֶם וּמִמָּטָֽר׃ פ Isaiah Isa 4:6 There will be a shelter to give shade from the heat by day, and refuge and protection from the storm and the rain.
