They have abandoned the Lord, They have despised the Holy One of Israel, They have turned away from Him. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 1:5 ============ Isa 1:5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.(KJV) Isaiah 1:5 Wherefore shoulde ye be smitten any more? For ye fall away more and more: the whole head is sicke, and the whole heart is heauie.(Geneva) Ésaïe 1:5 Quels châtiments nouveaux vous infliger, Quand vous multipliez vos révoltes? La tête entière est malade, Et tout le coeur est souffrant.(FR) 5 ׃1 עַ֣ל מֶ֥ה תֻכּ֛וּ ע֖וֹד תּוֹסִ֣יפוּ סָרָ֑ה כָּל־רֹ֣אשׁ לָחֳלִ֔י וְכָל־לֵבָ֖ב דַּוָּֽי׃ Isaiah Isa 1:5 Where will you be stricken again, As you continue in your rebellion? The whole head is sick And the whole heart is faint. Says the Lord. "I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams And the fat of fed cattle; And I take no pleasure in the blood of bulls, lambs or goats. Righteousness once lodged in her, But now murderers.
