The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, The majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, The majesty of our God. For waters will break forth in the wilderness And streams in the Arabah. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 35:7 ============ Isa 35:7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.(KJV) Isaiah 35:7 And the dry ground shalbe as a poole, and the thirstie (as springs of water in the habitation of dragons: where they lay) shall be a place for reedes and rushes.(Geneva) Ésaïe 35:7 Le mirage se changera en étang Et la terre desséchée en sources d'eaux; Dans le repaire qui servait de gîte aux chacals, Croîtront des roseaux et des joncs.(FR) 7 ׃35 וְהָיָ֤ה הַשָּׁרָב֙ לַאֲגַ֔ם וְצִמָּא֖וֹן לְמַבּ֣וּעֵי מָ֑יִם בִּנְוֵ֤ה תַנִּים֙ רִבְצָ֔הּ חָצִ֖יר לְקָנֶ֥ה וָגֹֽמֶא׃ Isaiah Isa 35:7 The scorched land will become a pool And the thirsty ground springs of water; In the haunt of jackals, its resting place, Grass becomes reeds and rushes. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 35:8 ============ Isa 35:8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.(KJV) Isaiah 35:8 And there shalbe a path and a way, and the way shalbe called holy: the polluted shall not passe by it: for he shalbe with them, and walke in the way, and the fooles shall not erre.(Geneva) Ésaïe 35:8 Il y aura là un chemin frayé, une route, Qu'on appellera la voie sainte; Nul impur n'y passera; elle sera pour eux seuls; Ceux qui la suivront, même les insensés, ne pourront s'égarer.(FR) 8 ׃35 וְהָיָה־שָׁ֞ם מַסְל֣וּל וָדֶ֗רֶךְ וְדֶ֤רֶךְ הַקֹּ֙דֶשׁ֙ יִקָּ֣רֵא לָ֔הּ לֹֽא־יַעַבְרֶ֥נּוּ טָמֵ֖א וְהוּא־לָ֑מוֹ הֹלֵ֥ךְ דֶּ֛רֶךְ וֶאֱוִילִ֖ים לֹ֥א יִתְעֽוּ׃ Isaiah Isa 35:8 A highway will be there, a roadway, And it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, But it will be for him who walks that way, And fools will not wander on it. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 35:9 ============ Isa 35:9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:(KJV) Isaiah 35:9 There shall be no lyon, nor noysome beastes shall ascend by it, neither shall they be found there, that the redeemed may walke.(Geneva) Ésaïe 35:9 Sur cette route, point de lion; Nulle bête féroce ne la prendra, Nulle ne s'y rencontrera; Les délivrés y marcheront.(FR) 9 ׃35 לֹא־יִהְיֶ֨ה שָׁ֜ם אַרְיֵ֗ה וּפְרִ֤יץ חַיּוֹת֙ בַּֽל־יַעֲלֶ֔נָּה לֹ֥א תִמָּצֵ֖א שָׁ֑ם וְהָלְכ֖וּ גְּאוּלִֽים׃ Isaiah Isa 35:9 No lion will be there, Nor will any vicious beast go up on it; These will not be found there.
