Nous t'offrirons, au lieu de taureaux, l'hommage de nos lèvres.(FR) 3 ׃14 קְח֤וּ עִמָּכֶם֙ דְּבָרִ֔ים וְשׁ֖וּבוּ אֶל־יְהוָ֑ה אִמְר֣וּ אֵלָ֗יו כָּל־תִּשָּׂ֤א עָוֺן֙ וְקַח־ט֔וֹב וּֽנְשַׁלְּמָ֥ה פָרִ֖ים שְׂפָתֵֽינוּ׃ Hosea Hos 14:2 Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to Him, "Take away all iniquity And receive us graciously, That we may present the fruit of our lips. (nasb) ======= Hosea 14:3 ============ Hos 14:3 Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.(KJV) Hosea 14:3 (14:4) Asshur shal not saue vs, neither wil we ride vpon horses, neither will we say any more to the worke of our handes, Ye are our gods: for in thee the fatherlesse findeth mercie.(Geneva) Osée 14:3 L'Assyrien ne nous sauvera pas, nous ne monterons pas sur des chevaux, Et nous ne dirons plus à l'ouvrage de nos mains: Notre Dieu! Car c'est auprès de toi que l'orphelin trouve compassion.(FR) 4 ׃14 אַשּׁ֣וּר ׀ לֹ֣א יוֹשִׁיעֵ֗נוּ עַל־סוּס֙ לֹ֣א נִרְכָּ֔ב וְלֹא־נֹ֥אמַר ע֛וֹד אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ לְמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדֵ֑ינוּ אֲשֶׁר־בְּךָ֖ יְרֻחַ֥ם יָתֽוֹם׃ Hosea Hos 14:3 "Assyria will not save us, We will not ride on horses; Nor will we say again, 'Our god, 'To the work of our hands; For in You the orphan finds mercy."(nasb) ======= Hosea 14:4 ============ Hos 14:4 I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.(KJV) Hosea 14:4 (14:5) I wil heale their rebellion: I wil loue them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.(Geneva) Osée 14:4 Je réparerai leur infidélité, J'aurai pour eux un amour sincère; Car ma colère s'est détournée d'eux.(FR) 5 ׃14 אֶרְפָּא֙ מְשׁ֣וּבָתָ֔ם אֹהֲבֵ֖ם נְדָבָ֑ה כִּ֛י שָׁ֥ב אַפִּ֖י מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ Hosea Hos 14:4 I will heal their apostasy, I will love them freely, For My anger has turned away from them. (nasb) ======= Hosea 14:5 ============ Hos 14:5 I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.(KJV) Hosea 14:5 (14:6) I will be as the dewe vnto Israel: he shall grow as the lilie and fasten his rootes, as the trees of Lebanon.(Geneva) Osée 14:5 Je serai comme la rosée pour Israël, Il fleurira comme le lis, Et il poussera des racines comme le Liban.(FR) 6 ׃14 אֶהְיֶ֤ה כַטַּל֙ לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל יִפְרַ֖ח כַּשּֽׁוֹשַׁנָּ֑ה וְיַ֥ךְ שָׁרָשָׁ֖יו כַּלְּבָנֽוֹן׃ Hosea Hos 14:5 I will be like the dew to Israel; He will blossom like the lily, And he will take root like the cedars of Lebanon. (nasb) ======= Hosea 14:6 ============ Hos 14:6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.(KJV) Hosea 14:6 (14:7) His branches shall spread, and his beautie shalbe as the oliue tree, and his smel as Lebanon.(Geneva) Osée 14:6 Ses rameaux s'étendront; Il aura la magnificence de l'olivier, Et les parfums du Liban.(FR) 7 ׃14 יֵֽלְכוּ֙ יֹֽנְקוֹתָ֔יו וִיהִ֥י כַזַּ֖יִת הוֹד֑וֹ וְרֵ֥יחַֽ ל֖וֹ כַּלְּבָנֽוֹן׃ Hosea Hos 14:6 His shoots will sprout, And his beauty will be like the olive tree And his fragrance like the cedars of Lebanon. (nasb) ======= Hosea 14:7 ============ Hos 14:7 They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.(KJV) Hosea 14:7 (14:8) They that dwel vnder his shadow, shal returne: they shall reuiue as the corne, and florish as the vine: the sent thereof shalbe as the wine of Lebanon.(Geneva) Osée 14:7 Ils reviendront s'asseoir à son ombre, Ils redonneront la vie au froment, Et ils fleuriront comme la vigne; Ils auront la renommée du vin du Liban.(FR) 8 ׃14 יָשֻׁ֙בוּ֙ יֹשְׁבֵ֣י בְצִלּ֔וֹ יְחַיּ֥וּ דָגָ֖ן וְיִפְרְח֣וּ כַגָּ֑פֶן זִכְר֖וֹ כְּיֵ֥ין לְבָנֽוֹן׃ ס Hosea Hos 14:7 Those who live in his shadow Will again raise grain, And they will blossom like the vine. His renown will be like the wine of Lebanon. (nasb) ======= Hosea 14:8 ============ Hos 14:8 Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.(KJV) Hosea 14:8 (14:9) Ephraim shal say, What haue I to doe any more with idoles? I haue heard him, and looked vpon him: I am like a greene firre tree: vpon me is thy fruite founde.(Geneva) Osée 14:8 Ephraïm, qu'ai-je à faire encore avec les idoles? Je l'exaucerai, je le regarderai, Je serai pour lui comme un cyprès verdoyant. C'est de moi que tu recevras ton fruit.(FR) 9 ׃14 אֶפְרַ֕יִם מַה־לִּ֥י ע֖וֹד לָֽעֲצַבִּ֑ים אֲנִ֧י עָנִ֣יתִי וַאֲשׁוּרֶ֗נּוּ אֲנִי֙ כִּבְר֣וֹשׁ רַֽעֲנָ֔ן מִמֶּ֖נִּי פֶּרְיְךָ֥ נִמְצָֽא׃ Hosea Hos 14:8 O Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols? It is I who answer and look after you. I am like a luxuriant cypress; From Me comes your fruit. (nasb) ======= Hosea 14:9 ============ Hos 14:9 Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.(kjv) Hosea 14:9 (14:10) Who is wise, and he shall vnderstande these things? and prudent, and he shall knowe them? for the wayes of the Lorde are righteous, and the iust shall walke in them: but the wicked shal fall therein.(Geneva) Osée 14:9 Que celui qui est sage prenne garde à ces choses! Que celui qui est intelligent les comprenne! Car les voies de l'Eternel sont droites; Les justes y marcheront, Mais les rebelles y tomberont.(FR) 10 ׃14 מִ֤י חָכָם֙ וְיָ֣בֵֽן אֵ֔לֶּה נָב֖וֹן וְיֵֽדָעֵ֑ם כִּֽי־יְשָׁרִ֞ים דַּרְכֵ֣י יְהוָ֗ה וְצַדִּקִים֙ יֵ֣לְכוּ בָ֔ם וּפֹשְׁעִ֖ים יִכָּ֥שְׁלוּ בָֽם׃ Hosea Hos 14:9 Whoever is wise, let him understand these things; Whoever is discerning, let him know them.
