And what will be the sign when these things are about to take place?"(nasb) ======= Luke 21:8 ============ Luk 21:8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.(KJV) Luke 21:8 And he sayd, Take heede, that ye be not deceiued: for many will come in my Name, saying, I am Christ, and the time draweth neere: followe ye not them therefore.(Geneva) Luc 21:8 Jésus répondit: Prenez garde que vous ne soyez séduits. Car plusieurs viendront en mon nom, disant: C'est moi, et le temps approche. Ne les suivez pas.(FR) וַיֹּאמַר הִשָּׁמְרוּ לָכֶם פֶּן־יַתְעֶה אֶתְכֶם אִישׁ כִּי רַבִּים יָבֹאוּ בִשְׁמִי לֵאמֹר אֲנִי הוּא וְקָרוֹב הַמּוֹעֵד לָבֹא אַל־תֵּלְכוּ אַחֲרֵיהֶם׃ ח Luke Luk 21:8 And He said, "See to it that you are not misled; for many will come in My name, saying, 'I am He, 'and,' The time is near.' Do not go after them. (nasb) ======= Luke 21:9 ============ Luk 21:9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.(KJV) Luke 21:9 And when ye heare of warres and seditions, be not afraid: for these things must first come, but the ende foloweth not by and by.(Geneva) Luc 21:9 Quand vous entendrez parler de guerres et de soulèvements, ne soyez pas effrayés, car il faut que ces choses arrivent premièrement. (nasb) ======= Luke 21:25 ============ Luk 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;(KJV) Luke 21:25 Then there shalbe signes in the sunne, and in the moone, and in the starres, and vpon the earth trouble among the nations with perplexitie: the sea and the waters shall roare.(Geneva) Luc 21:25 Il y aura des signes dans le soleil, dans la lune et dans les étoiles. Et sur la terre, il y aura de l'angoisse chez les nations qui ne sauront que faire, au bruit de la mer et des flots,(FR) וּמוֹפְתִים יִנָּתְנוּ בַּשֶּׁמֶשׁ וְיָרֵחַ וְכוֹכָבִים וְהַגּוֹיִם יֵחַתּוּ בָאָרֶץ וּמְבוּכָה תָבֹא עֲלֵיהֶם מִשְּׁאוֹן הַיָּם וּמִשְׁבָּרָיו׃ כה Luke Luk 21:25 "There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, (nasb) ======= Luke 21:26 ============ Luk 21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.(KJV) Luke 21:26 And mens hearts shal faile them for feare, and for looking after those thinges which shall come on the worlde: for the powers of heauen shall be shaken.(Geneva) Luc 21:26 les hommes rendant l'âme de terreur dans l'attente de ce qui surviendra pour la terre; car les puissances des cieux seront ébranlées.(FR) וּבְנֵי־אָדָם נַפְשָׁם תִּתְעַטֵּף עֲלֵיהֶם מִפַּחַד וּמֵעֲתִידֹת לָבֹא בְּתֵבֵל אָרְצָה כִּי־מוֹסְדוֹת הַשָּׁמַיִם יִרְגָּזוּ׃ כו Luke Luk 21:26 men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
