Through a land of distress and anguish, From where come lioness and lion, viper and flying serpent, They carry their riches on the backs of young donkeys And their treasures on camels' humps, To a people who cannot profit them; (nasb) ======= Isaiah 30:7 ============ Isa 30:7 For the Egyptians shall help in vain, and to no purpose: therefore have I cried concerning this, Their strength is to sit still.(KJV) Isaiah 30:7 For the Egyptians are vanitie, & they shall helpe in vaine. Therefore shall ye flee. We will ride vpon the swiftest. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 30:18 ============ Isa 30:18 And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.(KJV) Isaiah 30:18 Yet therefore will the Lord waite, that he may haue mercy vpon you, and therefore wil he be exalted, that hee may haue compassion vpon you: for the Lorde is the God of iudgement. For the Lord is a God of justice; How blessed are all those who long for Him. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 30:21 ============ Isa 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.(KJV) Isaiah 30:21 And thine eares shal heare a worde behind thee, saying, This is the way, walke ye in it, when thou turnest to the right hand, & when thou turnest to the left.(Geneva) Ésaïe 30:21 Tes oreilles entendront derrière toi la voix qui dira: Voici le chemin, marchez-y!
