(nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:3 ============ Isa 27:3 I the LORD do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it night and day.(KJV) Isaiah 27:3 I the Lorde doe keepe it: I will water it euery moment: least any assaile it, I will keepe it night and day.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:3 Moi l'Eternel, j'en suis le gardien, Je l'arrose à chaque instant; De peur qu'on ne l'attaque, Nuit et jour je la garde.(FR) 3 ׃27 אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ נֹֽצְרָ֔הּ לִרְגָעִ֖ים אַשְׁקֶ֑נָּה פֶּ֚ן יִפְקֹ֣ד עָלֶ֔יהָ לַ֥יְלָה וָי֖וֹם אֶצֳּרֶֽנָּה׃ Isaiah Isa 27:3 "I, the Lord, am its keeper; I water it every moment. So that no one will damage it, I guard it night and day. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:4 ============ Isa 27:4 Fury is not in me: who would set the briers and thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together.(KJV) Isaiah 27:4 Anger is not in mee: who would set the briers & the thornes against me in battel? I would go through them, I would burne them together.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:4 Il n'y a point en moi de colère; Mais si je trouve à combattre des ronces et des épines, Je marcherai contre elles, je les consumerai toutes ensemble,(FR) 4 ׃27 חֵמָ֖ה אֵ֣ין לִ֑י מִֽי־יִתְּנֵ֜נִי שָׁמִ֥יר שַׁ֙יִת֙ בַּמִּלְחָמָ֔ה אֶפְשְׂעָ֥ה בָ֖הּ אֲצִיתֶ֥נָּה יָּֽחַד׃ Isaiah Isa 27:4 "I have no wrath. Should someone give Me briars and thorns in battle, Then I would step on them, I would burn them completely. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:5 ============ Isa 27:5 Or let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me; and he shall make peace with me.(KJV) Isaiah 27:5 Or will he feele my strength, that he may make peace with me, and be at one with me?(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:5 A moins qu'on ne me prenne pour refuge, Qu'on ne fasse la paix avec moi, qu'on ne fasse la paix avec moi.(FR) 5 ׃27 א֚וֹ יַחֲזֵ֣ק בְּמָעוּזִּ֔י יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה שָׁל֖וֹם לִ֑י שָׁל֖וֹם יֽ͏ַעֲשֶׂה־לִּֽי׃ Isaiah Isa 27:5 "Or let him rely on My protection, Let him make peace with Me, Let him make peace with Me."(nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:6 ============ Isa 27:6 He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.(KJV) Isaiah 27:6 Hereafter, Iaakob shall take roote: Israel shall florish and growe, and the world shall be filled with fruite.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:6 Dans les temps à venir, Jacob prendra racine, Israël poussera des fleurs et des rejetons, Et il remplira le monde de ses fruits.(FR) 6 ׃27 הַבָּאִים֙ יַשְׁרֵ֣שׁ יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב יָצִ֥יץ וּפָרַ֖ח יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וּמָלְא֥וּ פְנֵי־תֵבֵ֖ל תְּנוּבָֽה׃ ס Isaiah Isa 27:6 In the days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will blossom and sprout, And they will fill the whole world with fruit. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:7 ============ Isa 27:7 Hath he smitten him, as he smote those that smote him? or is he slain according to the slaughter of them that are slain by him?(KJV) Isaiah 27:7 Hath hee smitten him as hee smote those that smote him? or is hee slaine according to the slaughter of them that were slaine by him?(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:7 L'Eternel l'a-t-il frappé comme il a frappé ceux qui le frappaient? L'a-t-il tué comme il a tué ceux qui le tuaient?(FR) 7 ׃27 הַכְּמַכַּ֥ת מַכֵּ֖הוּ הִכָּ֑הוּ אִם־כְּהֶ֥רֶג הֲרֻגָ֖יו הֹרָֽג׃ Isaiah Isa 27:7 Like the striking of Him who has struck them, has He struck them? Or like the slaughter of His slain, have they been slain? (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:8 ============ Isa 27:8 In measure, when it shooteth forth, thou wilt debate with it: he stayeth his rough wind in the day of the east wind.(KJV) Isaiah 27:8 In measure in the branches thereof wilt thou contende with it, when he bloweth with his rough winde in the day of the East winde.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:8 C'est avec mesure que tu l'as châtié par l'exil, En l'emportant par le souffle impétueux du vent d'orient.(FR) 8 ׃27 בְּסַּאסְּאָ֖ה בְּשַׁלְחָ֣הּ תְּרִיבֶ֑נָּה הָגָ֛ה בְּרוּח֥וֹ הַקָּשָׁ֖ה בְּי֥וֹם קָדִֽים׃ Isaiah Isa 27:8 You contended with them by banishing them, by driving them away. With His fierce wind He has expelled them on the day of the east wind. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:9 ============ Isa 27:9 By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit to take away his sin; when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, the groves and images shall not stand up.(KJV) Isaiah 27:9 By this therefore shall the iniquitie of Iaakob be purged, and this is all the fruit, the taking away of his sinne: whe he shal make all the stones of the altars, as chalke stones broken in pieces, that the groues and images may not stand vp.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:9 Ainsi le crime de Jacob a été expié, Et voici le fruit du pardon de son péché: L'Eternel a rendu toutes les pierres des autels Pareilles à des pierres de chaux réduites en poussière; Les idoles d'Astarté et les statues du soleil ne se relèveront plus.(FR) 9 ׃27 לָכֵ֗ן בְּזֹאת֙ יְכֻפַּ֣ר עֲוֺֽן־יַעֲקֹ֔ב וְזֶ֕ה כָּל־פְּרִ֖י הָסִ֣ר חַטָּאת֑וֹ בְּשׂוּמ֣וֹ ׀ כָּל־אַבְנֵ֣י מִזְבֵּ֗חַ כְּאַבְנֵי־גִר֙ מְנֻפָּצ֔וֹת לֹֽא־יָקֻ֥מוּ אֲשֵׁרִ֖ים וְחַמָּנִֽים׃ Isaiah Isa 27:9 Therefore through this Jacob's iniquity will be forgiven; And this will be the full price of the pardoning of his sin: When he makes all the altar stones like pulverized chalk stones; When Asherim and incense altars will not stand. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:10 ============ Isa 27:10 Yet the defenced city shall be desolate, and the habitation forsaken, and left like a wilderness: there shall the calf feed, and there shall he lie down, and consume the branches thereof.(KJV) Isaiah 27:10 Yet the defenced citie shalbe desolate, and the habitation shalbe forsaken, and left like a wildernes. There shall the calfe feede, and there shall he lie, and consume the branches thereof.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:10 Car la ville forte est solitaire, C'est une demeure délaissée et abandonnée comme le désert; Là pâture le veau, il s'y couche, et broute les branches.(FR) 10 ׃27 כִּ֣י עִ֤יר בְּצוּרָה֙ בָּדָ֔ד נָוֶ֕ה מְשֻׁלָּ֥ח וְנֶעֱזָ֖ב כַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר שָׁ֣ם יִרְעֶ֥ה עֵ֛גֶל וְשָׁ֥ם יִרְבָּ֖ץ וְכִלָּ֥ה סְעִפֶֽיהָ׃ Isaiah Isa 27:10 For the fortified city is isolated, A homestead forlorn and forsaken like the desert; There the calf will graze, And there it will lie down and feed on its branches. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:11 ============ Isa 27:11 When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off: the women come, and set them on fire: for it is a people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have mercy on them, and he that formed them will shew them no favour.(KJV) Isaiah 27:11 When the boughes of it are drie, they shalbe broken: the women come, and set them on fire: for it is a people of none vnderstading: therefore hee that made them, shall not haue compassion of them, and he that formed them, shall haue no mercie on them.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:11 Quand les rameaux sèchent, on les brise; Des femmes viennent, pour les brûler. C'était un peuple sans intelligence: Aussi celui qui l'a fait n'a point eu pitié de lui, Celui qui l'a formé ne lui a point fait grâce.(FR) 11 ׃27 בִּיבֹ֤שׁ קְצִירָהּ֙ תִּשָּׁבַ֔רְנָה נָשִׁ֕ים בָּא֖וֹת מְאִיר֣וֹת אוֹתָ֑הּ כִּ֣י לֹ֤א עַם־בִּינוֹת֙ ה֔וּא עַל־כֵּן֙ לֹֽא־יְרַחֲמֶ֣נּוּ עֹשֵׂ֔הוּ וְיֹצְר֖וֹ לֹ֥א יְחֻנֶּֽנּוּ׃ ס Isaiah Isa 27:11 When its limbs are dry, they are broken off; Women come and make a fire with them, For they are not a people of discernment, Therefore their Maker will not have compassion on them. And their Creator will not be gracious to them. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:12 ============ Isa 27:12 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.(KJV) Isaiah 27:12 And in that day shall the Lord thresh from the chanell of the Riuer vnto the riuer of Egypt, and ye shalbe gathered, one by one, O children of Israel.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:12 En ce temps-là, L'Eternel secouera des fruits, Depuis le cours du fleuve jusqu'au torrent d'Egypte; Et vous serez ramassés un à un, enfants d'Israël!(FR) 12 ׃27 וְהָיָה֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא יַחְבֹּ֧ט יְהוָ֛ה מִשִּׁבֹּ֥לֶת הַנָּהָ֖ר עַד־נַ֣חַל מִצְרָ֑יִם וְאַתֶּ֧ם תְּלֻקְּט֛וּ לְאַחַ֥ד אֶחָ֖ד בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ ס Isaiah Isa 27:12 In that day the Lord will start His threshing from the flowing stream of the Euphrates to the brook of Egypt, and you will be gathered up one by one, O sons of Israel. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 27:13 ============ Isa 27:13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem.(kjv) Isaiah 27:13 In that day also shall the great trumpe be blowen, and they shall come, which perished in the land of Asshur: and they that were chased into the lande of Egypt, and they shall worship the Lord in the holy Mount at Ierusalem.(Geneva) Ésaïe 27:13 En ce jour, on sonnera de la grande trompette, Et alors reviendront ceux qui étaient exilés au pays d'Assyrie Ou fugitifs au pays d'Egypte; Et ils se prosterneront devant l'Eternel, Sur la montagne sainte, à Jérusalem.(FR) 13 ׃27 וְהָיָ֣ה ׀ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא יִתָּקַע֮ בְּשׁוֹפָ֣ר גָּדוֹל֒ וּבָ֗אוּ הָאֹֽבְדִים֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ אַשּׁ֔וּר וְהַנִדָּחִ֖ים בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְהִשְׁתַּחֲו֧וּ לַיהוָ֛ה בְּהַ֥ר הַקֹּ֖דֶשׁ בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ Isaiah Isa 27:13 It will come about also in that day that a great trumpet will be blown, and those who were perishing in the land of Assyria and who were scattered in the land of Egypt will come and worship the Lord in the holy mountain at Jerusalem. (nasb) ======= Isaiah 28:1 ============ Isa 28:1 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!(KJV) Isaiah 28:1 Woe to the crowne of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim: for his glorious beautie shall be a fading flowre, which is vpon the head of the valley of them that be fat, and are ouercome with wine.(Geneva) Ésaïe 28:1 Malheur à la couronne superbe des ivrognes d'Ephraïm, A la fleur fanée, qui fait l'éclat de sa parure, Sur la cime de la fertile vallée de ceux qui s'enivrent!(FR) |
