Today's Date: ======= Jeremiah 7:1 ============ Jer 7:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,(KJV) Jeremiah 7:1 The woordes that came to Ieremiah from the Lorde, saying,(Geneva) Jérémie 7:1 La parole qui fut adressée à Jérémie de la part de l'Eternel, en ces mots:(FR) 1 ׃7 הַדָּבָר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָיָ֣ה אֶֽל־יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ מֵאֵ֥ת יְהוָ֖ה לֵאמֹֽר׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying, (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:2 ============ Jer 7:2 Stand in the gate of the LORD's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of the LORD, all ye of Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship the LORD.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:2 Stand in the gate of the Lordes house and crie this woorde there, and say, Heare the woorde of the Lord, all yee of Iudah that enter in at these gates to worship the Lorde.(Geneva) Jérémie 7:2 Place-toi à la porte de la maison de l'Eternel, Et là publie cette parole, Et dis: Ecoutez la parole de l'Eternel, Vous tous, hommes de Juda, qui entrez par ces portes, Pour vous prosterner devant l'Eternel!(FR) 2 ׃7 עֲמֹ֗ד בְּשַׁ֙עַר֙ בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה וְקָרָ֣אתָ שָּׁ֔ם אֶת־הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּ֑ה וְאָמַרְתָּ֞ שִׁמְע֣וּ דְבַר־יְהוָ֗ה כָּל־יְהוּדָה֙ הַבָּאִים֙ בַּשְּׁעָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה לְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֺ֖ת לַיהוָֽה׃ ס Jeremiah Jer 7:2 "Stand in the gate of the Lord's house and proclaim there this word and say, 'Hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah, who enter by these gates to worship the Lord!'"(nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:3 ============ Jer 7:3 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:3 Thus sayeth the Lord of hostes, the God of Israel, Amend your waies and your woorkes, and I will let you dwell in this place.(Geneva) Jérémie 7:3 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées, le Dieu d'Israël: Réformez vos voies et vos oeuvres, Et je vous laisserai demeurer dans ce lieu.(FR) 3 ׃7 כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר יְהוָ֤ה צְבָאוֹת֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל הֵיטִ֥יבוּ דַרְכֵיכֶ֖ם וּמַֽעַלְלֵיכֶ֑ם וַאֲשַׁכְּנָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם בַּמָּק֖וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:3 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, "Amend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place. (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:4 ============ Jer 7:4 Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, are these.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:4 Trust not in lying woordes, saying, The Temple of the Lorde, the Temple of the Lorde: this is the Temple of the Lord.(Geneva) Jérémie 7:4 Ne vous livrez pas à des espérances trompeuses, en disant: C'est ici le temple de l'Eternel, le temple de l'Eternel, Le temple de l'Eternel!(FR) 4 ׃7 אַל־תִּבְטְח֣וּ לָכֶ֔ם אֶל־דִּבְרֵ֥י הַשֶּׁ֖קֶר לֵאמֹ֑ר הֵיכַ֤ל יְהוָה֙ הֵיכַ֣ל יְהוָ֔ה הֵיכַ֥ל יְהוָ֖ה הֵֽמָּה׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:4 Do not trust in deceptive words, saying, 'This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.'(nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:5 ============ Jer 7:5 For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour;(KJV) Jeremiah 7:5 For if you amende and redresse your waies and your woorkes: if you execute iudgement betweene a man and his neighbour,(Geneva) Jérémie 7:5 Si vous réformez vos voies et vos oeuvres, Si vous pratiquez la justice envers les uns et les autres,(FR) 5 ׃7 כִּ֤י אִם־הֵיטֵיב֙ תֵּיטִ֔יבוּ אֶת־דַּרְכֵיכֶ֖ם וְאֶת־מַֽעַלְלֵיכֶ֑ם אִם־עָשׂ֤וֹ תַֽעֲשׂוּ֙ מִשְׁפָּ֔ט בֵּ֥ין אִ֖ישׁ וּבֵ֥ין רֵעֵֽהוּ׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:5 For if you truly amend your ways and your deeds, if you truly practice justice between a man and his neighbor, (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:6 ============ Jer 7:6 If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt:(KJV) Jeremiah 7:6 And oppresse not the stranger, the fatherlesse and the widow and shed no innocent blood in this place, neither walke after other gods to your destruction,(Geneva) Jérémie 7:6 Si vous n'opprimez pas l'étranger, l'orphelin et la veuve, Si vous ne répandez pas en ce lieu le sang innocent, Et si vous n'allez pas après d'autres dieux, pour votre malheur,(FR) 6 ׃7 גֵּ֣ר יָת֤וֹם וְאַלְמָנָה֙ לֹ֣א תַֽעֲשֹׁ֔קוּ וְדָ֣ם נָקִ֔י אַֽל־תִּשְׁפְּכ֖וּ בַּמָּק֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה וְאַחֲרֵ֨י אֱלֹהִ֧ים אֲחֵרִ֛ים לֹ֥א תֵלְכ֖וּ לְרַ֥ע לָכֶֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:6 if you do not oppress the alien, the orphan, or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, nor walk after other gods to your own ruin, (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:7 ============ Jer 7:7 Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:7 Then will I let you dwell in this place in the lande that I gaue vnto your fathers, for euer and euer.(Geneva) Jérémie 7:7 Alors je vous laisserai demeurer dans ce lieu, Dans le pays que j'ai donné à vos pères, D'éternité en éternité.(FR) 7 ׃7 וְשִׁכַּנְתִּ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ בַּמָּק֣וֹם הַזֶּ֔ה בָּאָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָתַ֖תִּי לַאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם לְמִן־עוֹלָ֖ם וְעַד־עוֹלָֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:7 then I will let you dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever. Et c'est afin de commettre toutes ces abominations!(FR) 10 ׃7 וּבָאתֶ֞ם וַעֲמַדְתֶּ֣ם לְפָנַ֗י בַּבַּ֤יִת הַזֶּה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִקְרָא־שְׁמִ֣י עָלָ֔יו וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם נִצַּ֑לְנוּ לְמַ֣עַן עֲשׂ֔וֹת אֵ֥ת כָּל־הַתּוֹעֵב֖וֹת הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:10 then come and stand before Me in this house, which is called by My name, and say, 'We are delivered!'- that you may do all these abominations? (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:11 ============ Jer 7:11 Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the LORD.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:11 Is this House become a denne of theeues, whereupon my Name is called before your eyes? Je le vois moi-même, dit l'Eternel.(FR) 11 ׃7 הַמְעָרַ֣ת פָּרִצִ֗ים הָיָ֨ה הַבַּ֧יִת הַזֶּ֛ה אֲשֶׁר־נִקְרָֽא־שְׁמִ֥י עָלָ֖יו בְּעֵינֵיכֶ֑ם גַּ֧ם אָנֹכִ֛י הִנֵּ֥ה רָאִ֖יתִי נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ ס Jeremiah Jer 7:11 Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of robbers in your sight? Behold, I, even I, have seen it," declares the Lord. (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:12 ============ Jer 7:12 But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh, where I set my name at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:12 But go ye nowe vnto my place which was in Shilo, where I set my Name at the beginning, and beholde, what I did to it for the wickednesse of my people Israel.(Geneva) Jérémie 7:12 Allez donc au lieu qui m'était consacré à Silo, Où j'avais fait autrefois résider mon nom. Et voyez comment je l'ai traité, A cause de la méchanceté de mon peuple d'Israël.(FR) 12 ׃7 כִּ֣י לְכוּ־נָ֗א אֶל־מְקוֹמִי֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּשִׁיל֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֨ר שִׁכַּ֧נְתִּֽי שְׁמִ֛י שָׁ֖ם בָּרִֽאשׁוֹנָ֑ה וּרְאוּ֙ אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁר־עָשִׂ֣יתִי ל֔וֹ מִפְּנֵ֕י רָעַ֖ת עַמִּ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:12 "But go now to My place which was in Shiloh, where I made My name dwell at the first, and see what I did to it because of the wickedness of My people Israel. (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:13 ============ Jer 7:13 And now, because ye have done all these works, saith the LORD, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not;(KJV) Jeremiah 7:13 Therefore nowe because yee haue done all these woorkes, sayeth the Lorde, (and I rose vp earely and spake vnto you: but when I spake, yee would not heare me, neither when I called, would yee answere).(Geneva) Jérémie 7:13 Et maintenant, puisque vous avez commis toutes ces actions, Dit l'Eternel, Puisque je vous ai parlé dès le matin et que vous n'avez pas écouté, Puisque je vous ai appelés et que vous n'avez pas répondu,(FR) 13 ׃7 וְעַתָּ֗ה יַ֧עַן עֲשׂוֹתְכֶ֛ם אֶת־כָּל־הַמּֽ͏ַעֲשִׂ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה וָאֲדַבֵּ֨ר אֲלֵיכֶ֜ם הַשְׁכֵּ֤ם וְדַבֵּר֙ וְלֹ֣א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֔ם וָאֶקְרָ֥א אֶתְכֶ֖ם וְלֹ֥א עֲנִיתֶֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:13 And now, because you have done all these things," declares the Lord,"and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you did not hear, and I called you but you did not answer, (nasb) ======= Jeremiah 7:14 ============ Jer 7:14 Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.(KJV) Jeremiah 7:14 Therefore will I do vnto this House, wherupon my Name is called, wherein also yee trust, euen vnto the place that I gaue to you & to your fathers, as I haue done vnto Shilo.(Geneva) Jérémie 7:14 Je traiterai la maison sur laquelle mon nom est invoqué, Sur laquelle vous faites reposer votre confiance, Et le lieu que j'ai donné à vous et à vos pères, De la même manière que j'ai traité Silo;(FR) 14 ׃7 וְעָשִׂ֜יתִי לַבַּ֣יִת ׀ אֲשֶׁ֧ר נִֽקְרָא־שְׁמִ֣י עָלָ֗יו אֲשֶׁ֤ר אַתֶּם֙ בֹּטְחִ֣ים בּ֔וֹ וְלַ֨מָּק֔וֹם אֲשֶׁר־נָתַ֥תִּי לָכֶ֖ם וְלַאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשִׂ֖יתִי לְשִׁלֽוֹ׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:14 therefore, I will do to the house which is called by My name, in which you trust, and to the place which I gave you and your fathers, as I did to Shiloh.
