Psalm 3


Psalm 3:1 A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son. O Lord, how my adversaries have increased! Many are rising up against me.
Psalm 3:2 Many are saying of my soul, "There is no deliverance for him in God." Selah.
Psalm 3:3 But You, O Lord, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.
Psalm 3:4 I was crying to the Lord with my voice, And He answered me from His holy mountain. Selah.
Psalm 3:5 I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the Lord sustains me.
Psalm 3:6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people Who have set themselves against me round about.
Psalm 3:7 Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God! For You have smitten all my enemies on the cheek; You have shattered the teeth of the wicked.
Psalm 3:8 Salvation belongs to the Lord; Your blessing be upon Your people! Selah.

Psalm 3:1 Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. Psalm 3:1 A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son. O Lord, how my adversaries have increased! Many are rising up against me. Psalm 3:1 ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυιδ ὁπότε ἀπεδίδρασκεν ἀπὸ προσώπου Αβεσσαλωμ τοῦ υἱοῦ αὐτοῦ
Psalm 3:2 Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah. Psalm 3:2 Many are saying of my soul, "There is no deliverance for him in God." Selah. Psalm 3:2 κύριε τί ἐπληθύνθησαν οἱ θλίβοντές με πολλοὶ ἐπανίστανται ἐπ᾽ ἐμέ

Psalm 3:7 Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly. Psalm 3:7 Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God! Psalm 3:8 Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. Psalm 3:8 Salvation belongs to the Lord; Your blessing be upon Your people! Selah.
