Psalm 63


Psalm 63:1 O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water.
Psalm 63:2 Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.
Psalm 63:3 Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips will praise You.
Psalm 63:4 So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.
Psalm 63:5 My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips.
Psalm 63:6 When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches,
Psalm 63:7 For You have been my help, And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy.
Psalm 63:8 My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me.
Psalm 63:9 But those who seek my life to destroy it, Will go into the depths of the earth.
Psalm 63:10 They will be delivered over to the power of the sword; They will be a prey for foxes.
Psalm 63:11 But the king will rejoice in God; Everyone who swears by Him will glory, For the mouths of those who speak lies will be stopped.

Psalm 63:1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; Psalm 63:1 O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water. Psalm 63:1 ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυιδ ἐν τῷ εἶναι αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ τῆς Ιουδαίας
Psalm 63:2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. Psalm 63:2 Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory. Psalm 63:2 ὁ θεὸς ὁ θεός μου πρὸς σὲ ὀρθρίζω ἐδίψησέν σοι ἡ ψυχή μου ποσαπλῶς σοι ἡ σάρξ μου ἐν γῇ ἐρήμῳ καὶ ἀβάτῳ καὶ ἀνύδρῳ

Psalm 63:9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth. Psalm 63:9 But those who seek my life to destroy it, Will go into the depths of the earth. Psalm 63:9 ἐκολλήθη ἡ ψυχή μου ὀπίσω σου ἐμοῦ ἀντελάβετο ἡ δεξιά σου

Psalm 63:11 But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped. Psalm 63:11 But the king will rejoice in God; Everyone who swears by Him will glory, For the mouths of those who speak lies will be stopped.
