(nasb) ======= Acts 24:5 ============ Act 24:5 For we have found this man a pestilent fellow, and a mover of sedition among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes:(KJV) Acts 24:5 Certainely we haue found this man a pestilent fellowe, and a moouer of sedition among all the Iewes throughout the world, and a chiefe maintainer of the secte of the Nazarites:(Geneva) Actes 24:5 Nous avons trouvé cet homme, qui est une peste, qui excite des divisions parmi tous les Juifs du monde, qui est chef de la secte des Nazaréens,(FR) אֲנַחְנוּ מָצָאנוּ אֶת־הָאִישׁ הַזֶּה כַּדֶּבֶר יַהֲלֹךְ מְשַׁלַּח מְדָנִים בֵּין כָּל־הַיְּהוּדִים בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ וְהוּא מַנְהִיג לְמִפְלֶגֶת הַנָּצְרִים׃ ה Acts Act 24:5 "For we have found this man a real pest and a fellow who stirs up dissension among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes. (nasb) ======= Acts 24:6 ============ Act 24:6 Who also hath gone about to profane the temple: whom we took, and would have judged according to our law.(KJV) Acts 24:6 And hath gone about to pollute the Temple: therefore wee tooke him, and woulde haue iudged him according to our Lawe:(Geneva) Actes 24:6 et qui même a tenté de profaner le temple. [We wanted to judge him according to our own Law. (nasb) ======= Acts 24:10 ============ Act 24:10 Then Paul, after that the governor had beckoned unto him to speak, answered, Forasmuch as I know that thou hast been of many years a judge unto this nation, I do the more cheerfully answer for myself:(KJV) Acts 24:10 Then Paul, after that the gouernour had beckened vnto him that hee shoulde speake, answered, I do the more gladly answere for my selfe, for as much as I knowe that thou hast bene of many yeres a iudge vnto this nation,(Geneva) Actes 24:10 Après que le gouverneur lui eut fait signe de parler, Paul répondit: Sachant que, depuis plusieurs années, tu es juge de cette nation, c'est avec confiance que je prends la parole pour défendre ma cause.(FR) וּפוֹלוֹס עָנָה בְּתֵת לוֹ הַפֶּחָה אוֹת לַעֲנוֹת מִדַּעְתִּי כִי שֹׁפֵט אַתָּה לָעָם הַזֶּה זֶה שָׁנִים רַבּוֹת עַל־כֵּן אֶעֱנֶה צִדְקִי בִי בְּלֵב נָכוֹן וּבָטוּחַ׃ י Acts Act 24:10 When the governor had nodded for him to speak, Paul responded: "Knowing that for many years you have been a judge to this nation, I cheerfully make my defense, (nasb) ======= Acts 24:11 ============ Act 24:11 Because that thou mayest understand, that there are yet but twelve days since I went up to Jerusalem for to worship.(KJV) Acts 24:11 Seeing that thou mayest knowe, that there are but twelue dayes since I came vp to worship in Hierusalem.(Geneva) Actes 24:11 Il n'y a pas plus de douze jours, tu peux t'en assurer, que je suis monté à Jérusalem pour adorer.(FR) הַנָּקֵל לְךָ לָדַעַת כִּי עוֹד לֹא חָלְפוּ יוֹתֵר מִשְּׁנֵים עָשָׂר יוֹם מִיּוֹם עֲלֹתִי לִירוּשָׁלַיִם לְהִשְׁתַּחֲוֹת׃ יא Acts Act 24:11 since you can take note of the fact that no more than twelve days ago I went up to Jerusalem to worship. (nasb) ======= Acts 24:24 ============ Act 24:24 And after certain days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, which was a Jewess, he sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ.(KJV) Acts 24:24 And after certaine dayes, came Felix with his wife Drusilla, which was a Iewesse, and he called foorth Paul, and heard him of the faith in Christ.(Geneva) Actes 24:24 Quelques jours après, Félix vint avec Drusille, sa femme, qui était Juive, et il fit appeler Paul.
